Every American Republican or Democrat need to read this, book Jesus Politics possibly the best book I have ever read. It's a good book for our young children can read, or Parents should read it to them. It's never to early to teach the word of God. God Bless you Phil.

Poppybean, the thing about it though....he doesn’t have to believe, but what “if” he’s wrong and there is a God, and he’s left behind. God the almighty gave him free will to believe or not believe, sin or not sin...the Bible teaches us really how to be a good person, there’s no harm in being a good human being and believing, verses being evil and a nonbeliever ending up in hell....I pray Free Thinker even though chooses not to believe, can at least be a good decent human being by letting others who do believe what Jesus did at the cross for us, to let us have a Bible study without rudeness. I often think of Jase’s and Phil’s comments regarding God’s presence being so visible in nature (i.e. the watermelon). To me, Psalm 19:2-3 speaks directly to their point: “2. Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. 3. There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard.” I was taught and very much believe that these verses speak to the beauty of God’s creation, which is evident to all who’s eyes are opened. I have struggled with faith and belief since I was a child. It just never seemed real and had too many questions that faith can't answer that's not how faith works.

With respect, :)... I've learned that the word "soon" in the original means "quickly", it doesn't mean a time frame so much as when He returns it will be fast, quickly. Historically only half of Rome fell, the other half continues to this day. It's a fascinating study - Daniels' vision of the statue, down to the feet of miry clay etc. John was "caught up" ie harpazo/raptured, he was in the heavens like Paul was. Shall we like the Berean's re the Revelation? Holy Spirit is our Teacher, the best One there is :). Loving hearing you all talk about Yeshua! God bless.

I saw in the heading, “Phil’s TMI story” and thought, wow! He’s going to talk about the disaster in Harrisburg, PA, Three Mile Island (TMI), nuclear power plant meltdown. I now realize that “TMI” means Too Much Information. Before there was internet, in Pennsylvania , “TMI” stood for Three Mile Island.

Why do most of the last several Unashamed NOT have close captioning? I know the closed captioning in your other shows is auto-generated and some of it is hilarious because maybe auto-generated close captioning doesn't quite understand southern accents! :) It really really helps me to have the closed captioning. I go to turn it on and the option just isn't there in most of the last several shows.
And just so you know, I'm not having problems because I don't understand the way people in north Louisiana talk. I was born in Monroe and raised in Ouachita and Jackson Parishes. Y'all just sound normal to me! :) Keep up the good work!

Israel Asks for a King in 1 Samuel 8-15, they wanted a king like all the other nations. And GOD told us what it would be like to have a human king......still the majority wanted a man king like all the other nations. I always vote for GOD because in that crowd there were those that still wanted GOD as the KING. As it is still to this day, we (believers) want GOD to be our KING. And we know that one day HE will be KING over the whole earth, Amen! Now, we have HIM as KING in our lives and look forward to hearing HIM calling us up! I pray for our leaders no matter what. Because HE says to pray for them. But I know, by HIS Word, HE puts them in place to rule and then HE takes them out when their time is done to rule. ROMANS 13:1
and Daniel 2:21. There are more, have fun looking for theses gems. HE is KING, yeah!!!! And continue to pray for our leaders, may they see Messiah Yeshua and repent.

Donna Fischer, Example: Out of Gods great love for His children, He decided to give us free will so that our love for Him would be real, not programmed. So Adam and Eve lived for untold eons in a utopian garden with complete freedom and no problems and no sin; in perfect relationship with God. God wants us to choose, because we love Him and want to obey Him, to make our own decisions. He doesn’t FORCE or MAKE us follow Him, but if we choose to it’s the Holy Spirit who can guide our choices even as we have freedom to make them. It’s the ability for humans to make their own decisions. It means that although God made a world and it was good, it is up to humans whether we choose to do GOOD or BAD deeds.
Phil , when all these rock n rollers like Elvis , Joplin and Hendrix died even if it was a drug or alcohol induced death , how do we know their souls weren’t right with Jesus before they took the final breath ? We don’t! Elvis at his highest point in his career still loved the Lord and sang gospel .
