There are many impressive calisthenics athletes, but I am convinced that no one matches your level of skill, knowledge, and your extraordinary ability to teach and inspire others. You have the talent and dedication needed to succeed in every area of your life, and I'm certain you'll achieve the recognition and success you deserve. Your path is leading you steadily upward, and I look forward to witnessing your accomplishments.
What the fuck? Incredible video, super motivating and good vibe. Happy to see you enjoying and promoting our sport. Already waiting for the next video 💥💥💥
Very cinematic ❤ quite dark haha but I can still see. I was meant to be at this workshop, but I went to watch SWUB. See you when you come in September 🫡
Viktor Your the best brother! so humble and genuine!!, this content was proper fire!!!.... Btw can you help i bought your ebook a while back a few years ago but i dont have the videos?.Thanks!.
Do you intend to focus on the channel in the future and publish more clips about sports such as training and exercises for different levels in calisthenics or tips on exercises and nutrition as well as clips dedicated to teaching skills? I hope that this channel will get a larger number of subscribers and higher interaction in the future.
Thank you for your comment! Yes, definitely-during the winter when I travel less, I focus more on tutorial-based videos. Even when making travel vlogs like this one, I make sure to include tutorials segments, along with everything else.
I've noticed that in skills like planche and maltese when you move into a handstand you lift your feet straight out, meaning your lower back stays straight. But in the past you've lifted your feet first, which has caused your lower back to arch. Is this wrong? And does doing this in a straddle planche or other skill cause injury?
If it's not too big of an arch then it's fine. We all start from somewhere and it's hard to be perfectly clean from the beginning. Currently I am stronger than before in terms of shoulder and weight strength, so when I do a single press I do my best to make it straight and clean.
8:05 Im trying to learn the "one bar handstand" for a few weeks now but I dont get it how to balance. How difficult would you rate it and do you have any tips? Great Video!
Would say not that much difficult compared to the regular handstand. It’s way easier to get it if you already have one arm handstand. Make sure you have both of your arms close to each other and do your first attempts in straddle position for a better control.
Do you enjoy this kind of video? Your feedback means everything to me-I read every single comment 👀

What happened to hristov, why hasn’t he competed? If he has injury how long until he recovers?
