I would bake the crust for a nice toasty nutty taste. Also, if you mix a big dollop of the whipped cream into the cream cheese first it makes folding the rest in much easier and quicker to keep all the air. Great recipe! 👍😀

Great cheesecake! Not sure if you realize, but the caramel sauce recipe reads to "add your sweetener and cook until it has a light caramel color, then add your butter and heavy cream...". I believe you mean for it to read "add your *butter* and cook until it has a light caramel color". After two burnt spatulas and one burnt pan, I went back to the video and saw that it was the butter that was to be added first. :D Love watching your videos.

I recently made this, turned out great. I only had one 8 oz pkg of cream cheese but it turned out wonderful anyway and better since I had an 8" pan it came up to the top of the pie pan. I baked the crust first, but I think I like this without a crust. It's one of the best keto desserts I've ever made.

Ok I just made this, I had a few issues with your recipe but I got there. No size for pie dish Because 1 cup of almond flour was not enough to make it go up the sides nice and thick like yours and my Carmel sauce was not that thick either I used swerve. Hope it tastes good!

I made this recipe today. Cannot comment on the taste as I just made it. I had issues making the caramel sauce. It did not turn out like in the video. This is what I did. I put melted butter in the pan and once it was golden in colour I added the monk fruit sweetener and I used heavy cream. Please let me know what I did wrong or what ingredients was not right. I enjoy all your videos and the recipes.

Ugh, made my caramel, but was afraid of burning butter, so it ended up no where as dark as yours, but it does taste good, got to finish it tomorrow because I ran out of heavy cream, double ugh!! I’ll let you know with part 2 comment tomorrow.
This looks amazing....Maybe I'm missing it, but does your recipe have some way have condensing the instructions so they can print out on a page? The directions are wider than a page to print out, without reducing the size where it's to small to read. I LOVE your channel

I think it would taste good just that I like my cheesecakes a little more "set" in texture. Maybe adding xanthan gum or even plain gelatin might work?

It does taste raw ( same crust recipe for cheesecake).I cooked mine and OMG so delicious...

You can use a blender to grind the granulated sugar, tada! Powdered sugar lol
