I've been putting my apron to good use! :) Check out this delicious recipe I recently tried!! (Found it on Pinterest! It's stuck on my Food Board now!!) This one is called Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken! For a side, I grilled up some corn, husk and all, until the outer layer of husk was burnt. It makes sweet and juicy corn every time! If you didn't have dinner planned for tonight, I highly recommend this one! Enjoy!! Ingredients: 1/2 cup of any Whole Grain Mustard 1/2 cup of Honey Juice of 1/2 a Lemon 1 Garlic Clove, smashed and minced 1/2 teaspoon Paprika 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Instructions: Whisk all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl. Reserve 4 tablespoons of sauce and then pour the rest over the chicken, toss and cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for about 30-45 minutes at room temp. Preheat the grill on medium- medium high heat, grill chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Pour the reserved 4 tablespoons of honey-mustard sauce over chicken and let rest under foil for about 5 minutes. This is great. I may have to make one and see how it holds up to doggie claws. It would make training so much faster. No more forgetting the clicker or equipment on the kennel room table.
Thanks Rob! I have needed an apron for a while. Now I can make my own. What type of needle did you use? Would it be different than a quilting needle for your machine?
This is exactly what I need for an apron when I'm working on my treadle sewing machines. Thanks Rob!
Laura Jean Rusin this would be great for that! Awesome!!
I've been searching for a half-apron pattern to use in my classroom. This is perfect! Thanks for sharing!
Anna Jackson Awesome!! Thanks for watching!!

Cathie Devenney This canvas is very easy to sew through, but a would recommend either a Jeans 80 to 90 or a Sharps 90.
That is awesome! Love it!
Love the tutorial. What is the name of the quilt behind you?
You stated in the video that you cut the straps/ties 3” wide but in the PDF pattern the straps/ties are 4” wide. Which size do you recommend?
That would make a great garden apron.
My nephew just bought his first smoker/grill for his new home. Guess what I'll be making him ?
Don't forget to use the short barbeque apron or one water resistant apron on that day
