If all the out of state and international buyers would stop purchasing Florida homes, prices would come back to sanity for locals. Will that happen? Not sure. We have to face the fact that we are becoming similar to California where job pay doesn't match the cost of living and the majority of people rent or purchase town homes because that's what they can afford.

Florida real estate is overpriced, more than triple the value, it's way over valued.
