My weight has been same for years, it's not been a problem for me. For new people first they need to lose weight , that much that they can run comfortably. Everyone will have different weight and height. Eating good healthy food.
Hi Shubham, weight training is critical for long distance. You can incorporate 2 sessions per week. I would make strength training for runners video very soon.

Hello Aayan, I would make a video on Running technique. Meanwhile to answer your question you can analyze your natural running technique. Then check if you are using heel striking, Midfoot or forefoot. Heel strike can cause a lot of injuries. To change to Midfoot/forefoot you should try to pull the ground back while moving forward. Try doing it barefoot on grass for some weeks then follow up with shoes. It can take different time for different people.
