🕹 Here is my gameplay video battling the Specimen H1024 for the first time in Final Fantasy® VII Rebirth on Dynamic difficulty.

Another experiment by Hojo, another boss fight.
The Specimen H1024 was a large, grotesque creature created by the Shinra Research & Development Division. It is capable of chugging Mako to strengthen itself and unleash devastating Mako-induced beams.
The Specimen H1024 can be Pressured by dealing high-damage physical attacks on it after it uses Mako Ingestion, but it is faster to do so by hitting it with Ice magic, as that is its weakness.
After Staggering it for the first time, the specimen will go into a rampage, using Mako Ingestion repeatedly to grant itself Barrier/Manaward, and Mako Overdose for Berserk. Around this time, I managed to lower its HP to about 25%, enough for Barret to finish it off with his Limit Break. Having Cait Sith in my party was also helpful, particularly his Roll o' the Dice Weapon Ability.
