Your hair is so thick and shiny. THank you for this video! I know it was about curly hair, but I found watching your makeup application quite informative too, all the little tricks you used to enhance your features. Your eyes look amazing! Ive tried to get the same effect but can never quite achieve it, lol.
Are you able to share details of brands etc of the skincare you are using on this video please. I think the eye treatment is L'Oréal and you said earlier the moisturiser is Cetaphil but what are the other 2 please? I think you should start blogging skincare too as your skin is AMAZING!

Aw I’m so happy to hear that!! I have tried the dryer bonnet years ago, when I had my last baby so that I could do hands free drying 😅 it worked ok but definitely not as good as my diffuser

There definitely are toxic people in some of the curly girl groups. I pretty much left some too. These days my problem is that my hair is the least curly it's ever been. Don't know if it's from my autoimmune issues, medication, post-menopause or grey hair. My self image has always been tied up with my curls, and I'm finding it a challenge.
It could definitely be any of those things or a mixture. Have you tried adding extra protein to your routine to see if that helps at all?
You mention hormones affecting hair in your video. I believe this has been a factor for myself losing my long shoulder length curly hair 18 months ago and it’s incredibly slow growing back, I was curious if there was anything you could suggest to boost the speed of growth (I have started HRT earlier this year).
I’ve been going back and forth with my curly hair and decided to go all in but get nervous because I feel like I am losing so much hair and feel as if my hair is thinning out. I’m frizzy and my hair holds onto moisture I think.

@@MarisasCurls - yes it was. Got completely sucked into the CG movement. But it takes over 24 hours for my hair to dry without heat and it was a nightmare. Now happy that there are influencers (like yourself) that have taught my less restrictive methods. I’m still learning but the journey is a lot more enjoyable now.
Omg Marissa u r one of my favorite ppl, love that ur methods r so easy to follow ,tyvm for all ur hard work,i have a question for u my hair is always freezy for some reason i am a newbie in taking care of my curly hair and putting products on it, i for the longest time only used Vaseline on my hair but it was short,i have never color my hair and have some grays that i love, any suggestions? or u think i damage my hair cus of the Vaseline ? or u think is aplication of products? I don't know what to do i am so confused, thanks again
Hi! Vaseline is petroleum jelly which can be very hard to remove. So you may need to clarify very well to make sure it’s all off your hair. Do you use a gel now?
