      @@emaluzabautista4880 hindi, you will bake it or cook it sa kawali mahinang apoy lang with cover. Diba tustado ang hopia. Mahinang apot lang para maluto ang dough.

      For the filling, you can just buy grated ube and condensed milk and mix it in the kawali until Kumunat na.

      200°C 18-20 minutes po pero depende kasi yan minsan sa oven natin at thickness ng iyong hopia try nyo muna kunti sa una para matansya nyo po

      Fav ko po ang hopia, kz po ung ibang hopia matigas after 2 to 3 days na cya, at ano po ung Lard na nilalagay nio kasama ng oil, gusto ko rin pong matuto bago man lang po ako mag exit dto sa Saudi madalas po akong nanood ng video dto sa UA-cam

    Make sure na maluto dough niyo iwas fungi infection.mas marirap gamutin yan.
    I'm baker also, di ako agree sa raw hopia
    di pra kumita pra din sa health ng iba.
    pasok sa oven pra maluto at masarap.

    Here are the answers to some of the questions here. Lard can also be crisco shortening. for the filling, boil red beans until tender and almost dry. Add sugar to taste then cook in low heat until a bit dry. Let cool. Make sure to add the sugar when beans are COOKED! For ube, you can use straight up ube.

      shortening po siya, fats from pig po.. makakabili sa mga baking store pwede din po crisco ang name, vegetable shortening naman siya
