    We made this steam eggs, you've shared with us. OMG It is so delicious. Usually we just used plain water instead of chicken broth. Thank you for sharing.

    It is my favorite with rice when I was young
    I can never make it smooth and never thought of adding chicken broth

    Before that I tried to make few times by myself without people teach me, but failed. Nowadays I watched through UA-camr Malaysia chef cause I’m from Malaysia and learned from there then successful.

    马来麟:sister Linda I suggest u to all in 粉丝or together w good quality 鱼蛋/虾米,it my granma recipes. I regular make this dish for 3persons, which it serves 3meals to me, unfinished I consume next-day. This dish suitable for those who lazy cooking. It also my snack, it better than chip~

    I remember my father made a version of this, really fluffy like soufflé and he watches us not go in the kitchen to pull the lid off otherwise the egg dish will collapse. It sure brings back memories. So I am in the USA, we use imperial system while in Canada, which I assume you are living there uses metric system. What are the measuring for imperial, still 1:1.5 ratio?

      its the same. 8 oz eggs = 12 oz liquid; 100 ml eggs = 150 ml liquid
