Great episode! Chef Tom, one suggestion for you to try when doing a future "cajun inspired" dish. We're born and raised New Orleans raised on Cajun food. Wife uses a powdered "Crab Boil" seasoning to "enhance" her dishes like Gumbo, Jambalaya, Shrimp Stew, battered fish and shrimp meals etc. Like you add cattleman's and other rubs .. experiment with "Zatarain's Crawfish and Shrimp Crab Boil Powder" Not expensive, had all seasoning, spices and salt premix and easily available from Amazon.
I made a pizza with Tilapia and homemade Alfredo sauce. Most of my fiends were understandably scared to try it. But once they did they loved it. Seeing you make a shrimp pizza took me back to that time over 10 years ago. Keep the amazing recipes coming!!!!
I’d like to see your twist on a breakfast pizza. My version is pretty simple. We do a deep dish and hand tossed. A normal breakfast gravy as the sauce, crumbled breakfast sausage on top of the gravy, mozzarella cheese, and some small pieces of bacon on top. Let’s see and enjoy Tom’s version!

Easy now..... living in the Boudin capital of the world, I don't know how I feel about that idea.... Maybe I can be a guest with Tom to show him how to make it????
Pizza Food Porn! The only thing I would do differently would be dice up a bunch of shrimp. Otherwise, somebody is going to be ticked off; to only get ONE shrimp on a slice. Thanks for sharing a new twist on shrimp and pizza. ;) 😋 😋
I know it's early but I want to go ahead and put this out there and get yall thinking: Oktoberfest Burgers! I've made some but I would love to see yalls interpretation of them
I'll never understand the blistering of a bell pepper, seems like just an extra step for the sake of. But otherwise, I'm all about this dish and the roasting of a pepper to soften and bring out those sugars. Cheers 🍻.

That's look very fresh, ideal for summer. I bet that is good with lobster on as well as the prawns.
Cheese and seafood still weirds me out when I think about it, until I eat it. Lobster pizza, crab stuffed mushrooms mmm great. Love the recipe!

Being from South Louisiana, my favorite shrimp pizza is the Landry Special from Pizza Village in Lafayette, La.
Looks awesome. Think some diced avocado garnish on top would be awesome too
Thanks for watching!
You’re right Tom...cheese on shrimp is weird, but I’ll try it! I like your use of the Ooni to cook in a cast iron skillet. I’ll try that too!
Loving the shrimp action 👍

Any chance these recipes are in a cookbook? If they already are sorry for my ignorance.
If they are not, well then.
No cookbook. Just the free, online blog. Here is a link to it: www.atbbq.com/thesauce
Thanks!
