a bit of finely diced onion and some crunchy diced bacon on that would be AMAZING!! Never been a fan of blue cheese but with the buffalo sauce, it actually works 🤷♂️👍👍
After watching Chef Tom‘s video I would say that he writes Barbecue history „online“. Just like Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsey did for cooking at home. Give this man a TV show please (and translate into multiple languages, such as German 😅). Love you man, greetings from Berlin
If you want your buffalo sauce to never split heat up your hot sauce in a pan, add to a blender, then add cold chunks of butter slowly while the blender is running on medium. It emulsifies and never splits.

This is long on entertainment value and short on practicality. Not sure how many of us are going to whip this up for dinner tonight. The staff gets the first pizza because they have some serious kitchen cleaning to do afterwards.
