Do grilled brisket tacos (the best) 1.) Slice raw brisket thin 2.) Season with season all or lawrys 3.) Grill on high heat (watch for flare up's because of high fat content) 4.) Using a clever chop meat (because of toughness) 5.) Serve on grilled corn tortilla (chopped onion, cilantro, lime, and salsa opcional) Creamy green salsa (most people think it has avocado but its a lie) 1.) Grill 5 jalapenos 2 serranos 2 cloves of garlic and a 1/4 onion 2.) Once charred blend everything together 3.) Crucial step slowly drizzle canola oil while blending to emulsify (if oil seperates stop and remove excess oil and reblend) 4.) Add salt to taste (even though it has a lot of peppers it is not a very spicy salsa. Really creamy in texture)
Just think if people during the quarantine stepped up their cooking game in private by the time they things get back to normal and come to parties with stuff like this they will be the MVP of said party
At the beginning of quarantine when everyone was panic buying rice and beans I panic bought tri tip, racks of ribs, wagyu ground beef and other foods to up my grill / smoker game. It has paid off handsomely.
Had my Kamado for 6 years but still haven't eaten anything from a pellet grill yet. Sure I make these recipes on the KJ but always wonder how different the results would be.
“American cheese” is good I have to admit and yes it is the best thing to put on a burger. But just as the coconut isn’t a nut. I don’t think that “American cheese” is a cheese ;)
That has to be one happy crew when it's slider day!
Watched a video from about 4 years ago and I was blown away by the jump in production quality. You guys are killing it.

By far my favorite chef on UA-cam! Thanks for continuing to put out such top shelf content!

@@chriswaite6413 No! Yoder is making a Santa Maria?!

Thanks for watching!
"I don't know how you can hate it..." Lol
I can’t wait to make these on my Yoder….. Thanks Chef Tom….
Thanks for watching!
I don't hate it, I just know much more flavorful cheese to put on burgers, and they melt just as good.
Had my Kamado for 6 years but still haven't eaten anything from a pellet grill yet. Sure I make these recipes on the KJ but always wonder how different the results would be.
Life is good!
To hell with White Castle , theese things are 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Who is the one poor soul who disliked this video.......
Tom what is the point of smashing the burger? What difference does it make? Is it for more space saving on the pan you carry to the grill?
Someone had some inspiring ideas after going to Cozy's.
Happy Birthday USA: 😃
Give me pepper jack 🧀
Hoo man, they look sooo good. Drool worthy!😋
Thanks for watching!
@@allthingsbbq Thank you for posting. I always learn some new on this channel. Love it.

Yummy
That looks delicious, and American cheese is the best!
Thanks for watching!
Yummiiiiiiiiii
That’s a two-biter for me.
I’ll take 4 sliders to go you Know what make it six sliders to go and can I get a cold Beverage.I’m a little hungry happy Fourth of July
Pretty much how I do em on my blackstone griddle. Down to the sweet Hawaiian rolls. (sans the sauce)

But just as the coconut isn’t a nut. I don’t think that “American cheese” is a cheese ;)
It is. You just have to buy the right one. You can get a block of it at your local deli. It's way better than those nasty Kraft Singles.
American cheese from Kraft is barely cheese. Get a big Bongaards pre sliced block of American cheese, that's the stuff!!
I bet I could eat like 8
Jerk chicken!
Unreal could down a lot of those!
Thanks for watching!
Only thing I whole heartedly have to disagree with is not baking the bacon 😅!!
😯👍
