Wonderful collection you have here sir. Just a suggestion, to prevent the bracelet from getting in the way, I actually removed on of the screws on the bracelet. Be it clasp or link, this 'opens' up the bracelet, making it easier to access the lug spring bars.
Love the combo of the 114060 with a rubber strap, looks perfect and make look like real classic diver watch... 👍🏽 great video mate

got an explorer II with a Rubber B onrange strap. it fits perfect and the color is the same as the orange gmt hand!

I was wondering if you could mention the ref of your tools. The spring bar is easier to find but Bergeon has a lot of tools that look like the other two

Great work! It looks very good! I'll buy a RubberB for my 114060 because they use vulcanized rubber which should be butter than standard rubber.
Andre Tennis Everest is Vulcanised and slightly better than RubberB . I have both straps on my Rolex watches and the Everest is slightly more supple and has an excellent fit and finish. Another good slightly cheaper alternative is Zealande straps from France approx 30% cheaper than RB and Everest 👍
@@malcpilling7935 I read in many forums and people is divided between RubberB is better / Everest is better, in the end i think it's just a matter of personal preference. I'll go with RubberB also because I've an authorized seller at 10kms from my house 😊

My favourite combo is a black dial Daytona with the grey Everest strap

Thought I'd better watch this now I know how good it looks on the Everest. I do have a query though, are the fancy looking tweezers an absolute necessity? Thinking of putting a small toolkit together and these are a bit pricey. I don't mind as long as I do need them. Thanks LWC.
I had to order those special tweezers, too. Without them, I was unable to get to the spring bars.

Nice work. Obviously you've done this once or twice. I've changed many straps with my watches but the toughest one was my Casio A800 Solar watch. Don't want to work on that again.

Hey man! I have a Rolex explorer but is either a little bit tight or loose, no matter how I use the micro adjustment I end needing +- 1mm.
Does the Everest strap will give me that gap? Or of I choose the same link size configuration will fit exactly as the OEM bracelet?
Summarizing, I need to know if the Everest strap fits exactly as the bracelet or a little bit tighter or loose?

Please do a review of an Oysterflex rubber strap.
I would like to buy a rubber strap but I hesitate between RubberB and Oysterflex. I personally don’t like the look of Everest bracelet (I prefer flat finishing near the clasp)

I have Everest strap and tried using the 7825 and very difficult... is that single tool better for rubber straps?
The pins dont line up fully with tweezers, maybe that way you use single tool
This brings up the question: why don't they sell the sub on oysterflex? Rubber on a diver is a great combination

I always wonder how do you install bracelet back into the watch. Rolex's bracelet and the case fits like a glove, do you need a specialize tweezer to clamp from both sides?

You are the only reviewer ive seen use the proper tweeser style spring bar removal tool.
What is the reference number of it please? Also why can it only be used for removing & not reinstaling the spring bars? Its a pity your hand was in the way when removing the spring bar as ive never seen it used, only the single bar style removal tool used by others.
Did you ever get a Rubber B strap for comparison like you said you would?

Please note that the three dots on Everest logo not only can be making reference to the five dots on the Rolex logo, but those dots are the exact representation of the three or two dots on a Rolex crown (the part of the watch, not the logo), depending if the crown can be moved up to two or three positions.
That's one thing I like about my oris. The fact the strap is screwed on so takes away the worry of scratching it.
Nice video. A good option for viewers could be attach the links from where you bought various products.
