I bought a new 2021Titan platinum reserve in April and after 4 months of research and multiple test drives of Ford, Ram and GMC and having owned those 3 types of trucks each for 10 years each I choose the Nissan. I wanted a half ton, 4x4, nice interior, quality motor, ( no turbo) excellent warranty, perfect axle ratio, 3.69 currently getting 20 to 21 mpg on freeway and around town 17-19 mpg. For me I wanted the back of the rear seats to fold down AND the big three didn’t provide that anymore. Titan rear seats both go up and down. PERFECT! Also the interior color is a nice color, not black like on some of the other trucks. Trying to get the truck with a v8 non turbo with a axle ratio like a 3.55 or around their was almost impossible. If you wanted the V8 well then you couldn’t get that ratio or the motor had to be the turbo 6 or then the axle ratio became a 4.10. I don’t know why the big three made it so difficult to build BUT Nissan figured it out and made it simple( kiss) Oh! And it’s the only TRUE pickup truck THAT IS COMPLETELY MADE IN AMERICA. The others are not. 😆 Go Nissan, built in America in Tennessee!

Bought a 24 titan pro4x end of Dec 23, great truck. No autostop, 9 speed. Mpg is pretty good but don't have to worry about ecobombs, or 5.3 sutting down 4 cylinders etc. Will have the truck well past retirement
I am seriously considering a Titan too. I’ve owned 9 Tundras since 2001 and I’m thinking of trading my ‘18 SR5 on a new(er) truck, making it my last truck. I’m 72 and only use a truck to tow my 7000# camper. The Tundra is great but I bought it pre owned with 75k on it 2 years ago, has 80k now. Just want something different and the 3rd Gen Tundras are overpriced and so far unreliable.
@@Dano-MX5I'd be curious how one of these stacks up vs your Tundra. I may be in the market soon as well, been considering a Titan (maybe XD), the Tundra, and an F150 with 5.0. I'm wanting a crew cab with the full 6.5' bed.
@@exordis ….imo, the XD would be the way to go if you can find one. That is what I’m considering. Crew cab, 6’6” bed, 2,000 more pounds of towing capacity and a higher payload if you intend to tow or haul stuff. We have a 7,000# camper, 2 big dogs and a ton of stuff we take camping. My Tundra does all that adequately but from the reviews the XD is a notch above it for handling that kind of work.
I worked as a lot tech at a Mercedes Dealership, and we got every truck, and I got to drive them all. My favorite two were the f-150 and the Nissan Titan, I loved the titan so much that I ended up buying a 2018 Nissan Titan SV Midnight Edition back in July! I have loved it!
Both good choices! And you saw things from a different perspective, which gives you a very interesting opinion on the matter. I'd say that's a good endorsement of the Titan. Thanks so much for watching 🙏🏻
This is THE best review on this truck I’ve watched thus far. I just test drove this truck last week in the 24 model year and it was a glorious experience.
I have a 2021 pro-4x and I love it! It definitely deserve more respect. It is highly underrated for sure! Nissan really need to push for more marketing and advertisement for the Titan pro-4x
@TSS TSS I also have a 2021 pro 4x, very comfortable driving down the road, very quiet. But if you wanna appreciate that exhaust, oh you sure can and trust me, you’ll be doing that a lot lol
I bought the 21 Titan Pro 4x and it has been great! It came down to the 4x and the Dodge Rebel but bottom line it was the fact that I got it totally loaded for 15k less and the best warranty on the market for trucks. The performance is badass and I have raced 2 Dodge Rams walking away from them. Power is not an issue. They say 7.7 for 0-60 but I have had 6.5 as my best time which is right there with the twin turbo Ford’s. Great review! The best I have seen.
I just purchased this same 2021 Pro4X in Baja Storm that is fully loaded with just under 18,000 miles on the odometer. The truck has balls. I am enjoying my new ride. You did an awesome job with your review.
Hilariously insane review!! Dude you are the King. Best review on the Pro4X. I currently own a 2021 - spot on. Keep up the great work. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely top quality content! You answered almost all my questions as if sharing a beer! If Nissan calls, tell them that you got at least one person serious about their truck.
I have a 2018 titan pro 4x, NGL I never thought I would own a Nissan truck but between the price and all the hook ups you get with it I truly believe it’s underrated , I have close to 50k on it now and it still runs like a clock, I haven’t had any issues, I’d your on the fence about this truck just buy it, the warranty they give you should be enough to sway you lol
Great honest review. I considered the titan pro 4X so much after driving all the other brands that I ended up buying it! Liked it so much better than anything else. I love my pro 4X! The panoramic moonroof is awesome. You forgot to mention the best warranty in the business as well. Five years 100,000 miles! Unbeatable.
I enjoyed your review. I just bought a '23 Titan Pro 4x (same color). Traded in '11 Frontier 4x with 205k miles that ran like new. I like the look, love the interior, respect the powertrain and reliability. Ride was challenging on 300 mile interstate trip. Unless it was smooth asphalt, it was not pleasant. Bought 240 lbs of tube sand and placed it in the back of the bed...problem solved...rides beautifully. Unsprung weight on those leaf springs is to blame. I'm dow. to 180 pounds of sand and it still rides great. 5 year 100k powertrain warranty?! Yes please. It was dealer driven for 6k miles. They gave me $5500 for the Frontier and charged me $48900 for a fully optioned Titan. No regrets here. Going to get Icon Rocklear done to keep it purdy and protected. The 12 speaker system is nice, but the sub could use some tuning. I'm an audio prude and the sub has a bit of a fat spot that doesn't sound great. AuioControl makes equalizers that can sort this out easily. One criticism is that while on the interstate, it would occasionally downshift going up grade when it really didn't need to. All that hp and torque shouldn't necessitate a downshift. Also, anyone know how to turn off the seatbelt chime? I could turn it off with VAGCOM in my Audi. What interface does Nissan use?
I just got one last week, I love it, it had eighty seven miles on it when I bought it, it now has five hundred and seven now, I don't want to put anymore miles on it, or drive it much, because I don't want to scratch it, I don't want to park it in parking lots, because I know people who are not curtious or respectful of other people's cars or trucks will park to close will open doors on your brand new truck and ding and scratch it, some people can be so hateful because you have a nice truck and be jealous, so I try and park away from other vehicles when I go shopping and spend not so much time in the store, I go get what I need or want and get out, so I try to take care of what I have, the Nissan Titan is a great truck.
It is a very underrated truck with a great warranty, I have the SL and it looks nothing like this truck, very nice looking, if you didn't look at it closely it doesn't even look like the same manufacturer, people tell me what a nice truck. I like the simplicity of it and feels all-around well-built truck.
If you want to spend 40, 50, 60 K on a full size American truck go for it. I have a 2018 Nissan Titan 400 HP and its is amazing for the value. Simple, strong, big, quite, reliable and the gas mileage is much better than advertised. 21 hwy for the gas 5.6
Love the review my friend very informative. Just picked up mine about 3 weeks ago and I'm loving everyday I drive it even more, It's different that's what I like about. 👍🏾
I bought. 22, Pro4X, as usual for me, i wondered if I should have spent so much money. After 2,000 miles it’s earned my Respect. Fully Loaded, with a 32 Valve, 400 HP V8 Engine. Sounds Healthy, and it’s Strong! Look forward to squaring up with a Ram someday at a Red-light. Don’t think I’ll be disappointed, but the Ram may be. I really like my 22 Pro4X! A Good Buy!
I own a ‘19 RAM 1500 Big Horn & I love it. That being said, I would definitely trade it in for one of these. I love the look of the Nissan Frontier pro 4x. This review pretty much seals the deal for me.
I bought a used 2018 Titan Midnight Edition. I put a 3 inch lift and 33’s. I absolutely love it!! Totally underrated!!We tow a 23 ft boat and it acts like it’s not even behind it. PLENTY of power!! I am sold!
1. Better interior than f150, tundra, and gmc. 2. Best in class standard power 3. Cheaper price than other similar trim types of other companies. At4, fx4, trailboss, etc.
@@rememberthefallen1970 Tundra is still the most reliable, and with the new one coming out, might be able to find a decent price on a current gen once the 22 model drops... But the Titan feels more well rounded and a better value. Plus... You can get it with a bed bar 😂
Have a 2022 and absolutely LOVE it!! Everything you mentioned is pretty spot on! I wanted a nice truck that was still a "TRUCK" with a steering column transmission shifter instead of dang buttons! Everything feels old school. Doors, buttons and handles feel solid and just feels like a man's truck! It's like an American truck built from the 80s. No liberals or her/themselves going to driving this thing!! Screen resolution is from the 1980s!! Haha freaking sucks
Great video! I just bought this truck, I've had many trucks over the years, I tell you honest, this truck is awesome! And I'm really glad you stressed how nice the seats are, I'm always telling my wife how comfortable they are as we're driving around.
Excellent review! I'm starting to look for a full-size truck again. Had a 2006 Tundra before. Wasn't looking at Nissan but I definitely am now. When you use the tailgate as a workbench, the little shapes are great for holding screws and little things so they don't roll off and disappear in the dirt haha.
I just found this video and loved it. I just bought a 2023 Titan Pro4X. I have had a 2005 XE, 2012 SV, 2019 SV and now the Pro4X. I loved all of them. Sad to say and very unfortunate Nissan is discontinuing the Titan.
I have a 2022 Nissan Titan Pro4 XD... and i love it!! I have been left on the side of the road with issues more than i can to admit, with my other trucks. Those include a 2020 chevy Silverado 6.2l, with 26000 miles. The piston pushed through the engine block, and the torque converter was going out. WTF. I have an 2016 f150 with 47000 miles with turbo after turbo issues and a transmissions that was going out. my work truck was a 2016 Ram with 72000, with the classic ram tick, and loads of other issues including transmission leaking, and rusting above 3 of 4 wheel wells. I use my titan pulling an 11,000 lb 5th wheel. I am right at the max payload and right at the max towing capacity, but that thing does amazing. Super stable, very confident. Acceleration while towing is great, and the brake rotors are huge. As in... near F350 size. Could not be more impressed. Is it the fastest truck? No Does it have the most power? No. None of that matters as I can easily get to speed towing, i can stop amazingly well, and most importantly... its just stable. No air bags needed. That more that i can say for my 6.2L Silverado with big tow package. I needed airbags with with my small travel trailer, and the f150 i had. The Titan had more leaf springs that the silverado, and they are thinker and wider. It truly is an underrated truck. They are going away at the end of 2024, and i am really sad about that.
Good review! The looks in my opinion are one of the best on the market. You missed a few things like the utilitrack system in the bed, the bed step, adjustable headlights for towing and the big one the amazing warranty! You should check out the XD model and do a review while towing they are in my opinion the best towing half ton on the market due to the hd frame brakes ect...
@jax1079 At the 20:00 mark you mentioned tundra has a more significant punch vs the Titan. Think about flooring a 5.7L 6sp vs a 5.6L 9sp The downshift of the 6sp is probably what you are feeling. With the 9sp you will feel less punch because of more gearing. This is only a guess because I don’t own either.
I can't wait to install a Borla S-Type exhaust system on my new 2024 Nissan Titan (that I just traded in my 2011 Ford F150 with the 5.0L Coyote V8 in it last week) once I get the miles broken in at 600 miles.
I noticed that Ford has an ad that compares their truck to the Titan…” We have more payload, towing, blah blah blah than the Nissan Titan “ must be stealing some of their thunder somewhere, lol
For what it's worth, as I found out this weekend, the "shapes" in the bed make a perfect spot to hold a couple dog bowls. I am nearing the 1 month mark with my P4X, and am still loving it! To find a truck in my price range with comparable features, and V8 power, was almost impossible. I am excited to see how it holds up!
The new titans are the best looking truck out there, so badass. Should be way more popular than they are. Probably an advertising thing, you never see commercials for them, a lot of people probably don’t even know they still make them. You’ll maybe see 1 on a Nissan lot at a time.
They are MUCH better than most people realize, but sadly I think they'll be discontinued in the coming year or so due to slow sales. Nissan can't afford to prop up models that aren't selling. Thanks for watching!
Just bought a used one owner Nissan 2012 4x4 Pro 4X! So far I love it! Looks great drives great and has lots of power! The interior is Awesome especially the sound system! Seat’s are Awesome and there’s lots of room! (Stephen) 😘💯👍👋🎼
Nice review. I hadn't paid much attention to this truck even though I drive a frontier. It seems like it's good value if you just need a good rig. I've been looking into new trucks, and was shocked by the prices (I bought my frontier in 2010, so a lot changes in 11 years, I guess).
I have a 17 Texas Titan sv, with around 88,000 and today in 2024, only issue I've had is replacing the rack and pinion last year. It's my daily driver, occasionally some light off-roading, when. I go fishing, gas mileage isn't great but , it's a big truck. It's worked great so far. I imagine the newer titans with the 9 speed trans are better
Great review! This IS probably the last truck alive that isn't 100% wrecked in ridiculous GM (Chevy/GMC) abysmal styling. Not only that, it's got a proper V-8!! Everyone else is going smaller V-6 and turbos.... Um... sure... let's check back in 5 years to see how well that complexity is working. Have you seen the new Tundra with it's "Grille" and giant PC screen on the dash? Gimme a break.... I was never a Nissan fan until now... this truck rocks and I hope they refine it some but basically leave it alone! Last of of the true trucks!
I think you're absolutely right that this will continue to appeal to people who just want solid basic truck fundamentals. Smaller turbo engines are inevitable (and have torque benefits), but the current styling trends are what really baffle me. It's like they're all trying to out ugly each other. Don't understand it.
@@jax1079 Totally agree! I thought I was the only one who thought domestic manufacturers were screwing up on the styling. GM is by far the worst offender. Ford is doing a much better job. Word "subtle" is not in their vocabulary.
@@jax1079 Yes, agree on this also. GM has done some wonky stuff including rectangular wheel openings which looks stupid in my opinion. They have since reverse that. I honestly don't understand how they put these vehicles into production. The new Ford tremor doesn't look too bad. I wish they would get away from the trend of.."over stylizing" and tweaking every little detail.
I traded in my 2021 ram 1500 v6 for a 2021 titan pro4x SV trim white with black trim, i fell in love with it when I saw 👀 it. 😍 The ram I had was a basic trim, the only thing I do miss about it, is its screen camera resolution. Way superior.
Damn dude I love this truck ! I own a TRX 2021 and will never sell but ,,,, it’s a nice truck compared with weak Ford and GM crap !!damn good music and review especially from a teacher !!best reviews ever including the LC 500 Lexus I own ! This engine is bullet proof and has power. You know your shit and thank you .
Love this review and hilarious delivery. The Titan is an excellent truck. Super underrated. I’ll stick with Nissan’s V8 over the V6+TwinTurbo that Toyota has moved to. The Tundra’s cab has to be removed for repairs (already) on the turbocharger waste-gates. Toyota corporate has been tight-lipped on numbers affected. No thanks. I’ll let Guinea Pigs with brand obsession prove me wrong. In the meantime, I’ll sleep even better with Nissan’s 5yr/100,000 warranty.
I bought a 23 Nissan Titan pro-4x. I love it!! The only thing I think is a weak point are the Bilstien shocks. Ive put the 6100/5160's and its been a world of difference, the ride is literally night and day. I also have 35's too which really help it with extra payload and towing.
I love the Titan, got a 2018 Pro4x…gotta say though, I don’t like the new headlight design. Wish they had kept the 2018 daytime running LED design and just improved it.
Great review brother. This is the review the Titan needed to survive. Sadly, it’s too late. I love my Titan exactly optioned like this one you reviewed. Thanks 🙏🏼
It's WAY better than people give it credit for, and in this market, it represents a significant value. It reminds me a lot of the last gen Tundra, which was horribly out of date in many ways at the end of its life, but it remained a reliable workhorse.
Wow i been on the truck market for a while, and im conflicted. My most important thing about a Truck is its reliability and cost. And man i been sleeping on the Titan. I wanted to like the New Tundras so bad but man they really flopped with the engine and other issues going on with it. I hate the Nissan Brand but i respect there truck's. I dont care for the extras fluff just give me a Truck that will do its job and you feel like your whipping around something that will hold down your every need. It was a Ram, F150, and silverado....but imma slide this in place with the chevy i need that piece of mind and that 100k coverage is insane....Definitely deserves more respect.
They have some pretty good rebates on them now since they’re being discontinued but they have historically been way too expensive. That coupled with zero advertising is why they never sold.
Personally, I love the look of these! They’re different. You know it’s a truck but it’s got a sporty look to it. I’ve been researching trucks for the past couple years keeping up with what the big brands are doing. Test drove a F150 back in 21 when they redesigned them. Beautiful truck, junk transmission. Bad shudder at low speeds. I won’t even bother with the Chrysler Ram. It’ll be in the shop every month. GM is having terrible issues with their AFM engines and their transmissions. That leaves the Tundra and Titan. Personally, I’m not big on the look of the Tundra and the interior is beyond dated. Plus that 5.7 is a known gas hog. Been obsessively researching the Titan lately and it’s arguably the best “consumer” rated truck on the market. Test drove a 23 and fucking loved it! Most likely will be signing for a fully loaded 21 Pro4x next week! Nissan makes a GREAT fucking truck!!
Funny how many people don't understand how good the Titan really is, very underrated truck. The standard features in the Titan are really good. You forgot to.mention Nissan Titan always has rebates of at least $5 grand. Brand loyalty is not always smart. Best part of the Titan is its looks IMO and most seem to find it ugly lol.
Because....its a truck! Hilarious review. I have spent the last year researching Trucks to replace my 2007 Silverado (NEVER will I get another GM product) I have looked at Toyota Tundra, Ram 1500, Ford F150 and The Nissan Titan. I am leaning more and more towards the Titan as I agree it is a bargain. I am on several forums on Facebook (F150, Tundra and Titan) and it is shocking the number of problems the new Tundra is having and while the F150 looks good they also have many issues. Titan owners are like "Yeah after 200K miles I found a leak...."
You should mention it tows 9200 lbs while being 4 wheel drive. Rams will only tow that much in 4WD with an upgraded rear end. Also you left out the Utili Track feature of the bed which no one else really has. Is that roll bar removable?
Nice Review.... Just Purchased 2021 Titan SV ..... This is a Double Overhead Cam - 24 Valve all Aluminum Engine...so that's the Block and the Head....you never mentioned this and Gear ⚙️ Heads like to hear thus stuff....
First time pickup owner I've Been going back and for with the big three but pulled the trigger on a 2023 pro4x and im really enjoying this truck hopefully i made the right decision
I had a 2007 Nissan Titan LE. Anyone that rode in the back seat always said how comfortable the ride was. I have a G70 now but, I miss having a truck. Looking at the new Nissan Titan and GMC AT4.
If you're looking for general goodness, I think the Titan provides a much better value (and a MUCH nicer interior). Check out my AT4 review for comparison, which I really liked, but since then the needle has moved. The interior refresh might make a difference, though, since that's the AT4's biggest shortcoming. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
why doesn't anyone who reviews these ever mention that the Titan also has a 5 year/ 60 month bumper to bumper warranty as opposed to the 3 year warranty everyone else offers? That's also a big consideration to some people and SHOULD be to everyone. Makes it even more competitive.
That engine will last forever compared to that terrible eco-boost. I have a 2023 RAM 1500 Warlock that i got rearended in and its getting repaired now, Enterprise gave me a 2023 Frontier and YES the steering is heavy!
That silly thing behind the back window certainly doesn’t help the looks. Besides that the Titan does a Great job doing what you do with 1/2 ton trucks.
Watched this vid again. I feel like you may be one of the few to tell it how it is with every car you test. So many other channels go into their test knowing Nissan is the underdog with truck sales and they nitpick it so hard.
Cool t-shirt homie Keep up the good 💪work I currently own a 4runner TRD off road pro Really looking at the Titan- tired of getting teased by the Tundra.
Ya it has 470000km. There's no way a Ford would last that long. I almost can't wait for my truck to die so I can buy a newer one but it has no sign of mechanical wear
Was just curious how is the turning radius?and are the brake and accelerator pedal power adjustable? Excellent video I must’ve viewed this about six times already.😎💪🏼👍🏼
Well thanks for the views! I certainly don’t think the turning circle is any better or worse than the competition. Not sure about any sort of “drive modes” to adjust sensitivity in the primary controls. My gut says no, but I could certainly be wrong.
I just bought a 2022 Pro-4X so far I have no issues other than it consumes more gas than the Chevy I traded. I need help with a cover solution especially with the sports bar in the back. Please help!!
I couldn't afford a Tundra with what I wanted on it, I definitely will not buy another Chevy after the last one , almost bought a Dodge, on a what the heck moment I decided to stop by a Nissan dealership and test drive a Titan they had on the lot... bought it that day! I didn't get the pro 4X , mine is just the SV with the convenience package and center console, but I have been happy with it ever since the day I bought it
Why aren’t more people watching these videos? Tragically underrated content.
Why thank you! I appreciate it! And thanks for watching 🙏🏻

Good to hear! Glad you like the Titan, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Unbeatable.
That's an excellent point! It does have a fantastic warranty. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
I bought one myself and love it
I enjoyed your review.
Thanks for watching! And glad to hear you're enjoying the Titan!
Thanks for the confirmation. And thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Good honest review, I’ve had my Pro4x for 2 months now and I love it! You got a new subscriber!
Thanks for the sub! I really appreciate it! Glad you liked the review (and your truck). Thanks for watching!
Love the review my friend very informative. Just picked up mine about 3 weeks ago and I'm loving everyday I drive it even more, It's different that's what I like about. 👍🏾
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it, and glad you're enjoying your truck. Thanks for watching!
A Good Buy!
Sad to hear the Titan is going away because it is, and remains, a fantastic value for what it is. Glad to hear you like it. Thanks for watching!
OTD?
I own a ‘19 RAM 1500 Big Horn & I love it. That being said, I would definitely trade it in for one of these. I love the look of the Nissan Frontier pro 4x. This review pretty much seals the deal for me.
Thank you! Glad you found it helpful. Best of luck and thanks for watching!
I bought a used 2018 Titan Midnight Edition. I put a 3 inch lift and 33’s. I absolutely love it!! Totally underrated!!We tow a 23 ft boat and it acts like it’s not even behind it. PLENTY of power!! I am sold!
Nice! Sounds like a killer setup. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Always have been a truck guy, bought a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro 4X best truck I’ve ever had, love this truck!
Great to hear! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I am going to drive a Titan today based largely on this review. You did a terrific job!
Thanks so much!
1. Better interior than f150, tundra, and gmc.
2. Best in class standard power
3. Cheaper price than other similar trim types of other companies. At4, fx4, trailboss, etc.
All true... Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
@@jax1079 no problem you are criminally underrated. I've been thinking about buying a titan but I'm stuck between that and a Tundra.
@@rememberthefallen1970 Tundra is still the most reliable, and with the new one coming out, might be able to find a decent price on a current gen once the 22 model drops... But the Titan feels more well rounded and a better value. Plus... You can get it with a bed bar 😂
@@jax1079 Don’t forget the Nissan has a much better warranty also!
Agreed 100%, love my 2024 Nissan Titan.
XD pro4x is the way to go. Perfect all rounder pickup! Towing, payload, off road and daily driver. Punches above its incredible value.
Thanks! Glad you like it, and thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
It’s a solid TRUCK truck, and a really good value. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I just found this video and loved it. I just bought a 2023 Titan Pro4X. I have had a 2005 XE, 2012 SV, 2019 SV and now the Pro4X. I loved all of them. Sad to say and very unfortunate Nissan is discontinuing the Titan.
Thanks so much! Glad you liked it. Enjoy your Titan since it's the last of its kind.
what was your OTD?
Excellent review with a little sarcasm that helps keep the viewers engaged. This is one of the best Titan reviews I've seen!!!
Thank you! 🙏🏻 And thanks so much for watching.
Just bought a titan pro 4x without the metal rack and it looks way better. I'm loving it
Haha! The metal rack really seems to divide people. I personally like it, but I'm ridiculous. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I bought a 2019 nissan truck midnight edition my first truck and I'm loving it
That’s great! Glad you like it. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I love the detailed review, your opinion about things that I haven't thought was actually entertaining and informative!
Thank you! I appreciate it, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
One of the best trucks on the market for the money.
I would agree. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Agreed 100%
Purchased a 2024 a month ago and this exact color and trim package, truck is phenomenal big Nissan guy
Nice! Glad you like it!
Good point! I'll take a look. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
@jax1079
At the 20:00 mark you mentioned tundra has a more significant punch vs the Titan. Think about flooring a 5.7L 6sp vs a 5.6L 9sp
The downshift of the 6sp is probably what you are feeling. With the 9sp you will feel less punch because of more gearing. This is only a guess because I don’t own either.
Eloquently spoken. Great review man. Props for not just reading off a list 👊🏼
Thank you so much! And thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
I love my 2021 pro 4x. So far so good. Good bang for ur buck
The best value right now for sure! Thanks so much for watching 🙏🏻
I put a Borla exhaust system on my Titan and it's no joke. Very fun.. my wife gets mad and scared when I give it full throttle
I bet! It has a nice V8 sound to begin with.
Could be, especially on the lower end models where the Titan is probably giving customers more for their money. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Haha! Good point! Didn't think about the dog bowls. Hope it works well for you. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
5yr/100k bumper to bumper put it over the top for me. Great truck so far.
I think that's a deciding point for many people. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Same here
Just bought a used one owner Nissan 2012 4x4 Pro 4X! So far I love it! Looks great drives great and has lots of power!
The interior is Awesome especially the sound system! Seat’s are Awesome and there’s lots of room! (Stephen) 😘💯👍👋🎼
Nice! Glad to hear it!
Just watched this video… Awesome job man! This is among your best reviews imo. 🙌
Thanks so much! Means a lot coming from you! 🙏🏻
Nice review. I hadn't paid much attention to this truck even though I drive a frontier. It seems like it's good value if you just need a good rig. I've been looking into new trucks, and was shocked by the prices (I bought my frontier in 2010, so a lot changes in 11 years, I guess).
2010 frontier sv 4x4. 226,000 miles and still plenty of power and speed for what I need. Love it. Another frontier or titan in my future.
Never laughed so hard, I love the perspectives🤣
Thank you! Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
You have a very detailed and honest review style. High quality
Thank you so much. And thanks for watching 🙏🏻
@@johng.4959 Ironically, I think RAM has become the "safest" in terms of styling. The Silverado is the worst by far.
The ram I had was a basic trim, the only thing I do miss about it, is its screen camera resolution. Way superior.
Nice! Hope you enjoy it!
Thank YOU for the kind words, and of course thanks for watching!
Thanks! Glad you liked it. Enjoy your Titan, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Agreed 100%
I bought a 23 Nissan Titan pro-4x. I love it!! The only thing I think is a weak point are the Bilstien shocks. Ive put the 6100/5160's and its been a world of difference, the ride is literally night and day. I also have 35's too which really help it with extra payload and towing.
Nice! Glad you like it
This is my next truck! I'm going to upgrade from my Frontier Pro4X to this Titan Pro4x because I need more towing.
Nice! Go for it! And thanks for watching.
Amen to that. The Titan is and was a solid good truck. Backing up Nissan’s old Xterra motto… “Everything you need, nothing you don’t”
This was awesome, thank you dude
You're most welcome. Thanks for watching!
Sure does
They have some pretty good rebates on them now since they’re being discontinued but they have historically been way too expensive. That coupled with zero advertising is why they never sold.
The titan pro 4x looks great, I don't see any problem with it
It’s a little cartoony, but it’s aging much better than I would have expected.
Great review. Titan is in my future.
Thanks! 🙏🏻 It's a solid all around truck. Lots to like about it 👍🏻
Even the name Titan is just so damn cool
No argument there
Love your content! You deserve more views. Glad I subscribed
Thanks! I appreciate it! 🙏🏻
Definitely underrated. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Brutally honest 😂 review. Love my 2019.
Thanks so much!
That is very true about the value. One of the few large vehicles out there that you can actually find a deal on. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Best warranty
Most people tell me it’s gorgeous
Because....its a truck! Hilarious review. I have spent the last year researching Trucks to replace my 2007 Silverado (NEVER will I get another GM product) I have looked at Toyota Tundra, Ram 1500, Ford F150 and The Nissan Titan. I am leaning more and more towards the Titan as I agree it is a bargain. I am on several forums on Facebook (F150, Tundra and Titan) and it is shocking the number of problems the new Tundra is having and while the F150 looks good they also have many issues. Titan owners are like "Yeah after 200K miles I found a leak...."
Haha! Glad you liked it. There’s a lot of old school value in the Titan for sure. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I have a 2023 SV 4x4 mid night edition. It is a solid truck and lots of fun. You have to stop telling folks how good they are. More for us...👍😂
Haha! The secret might be out. Sorry! :-)
I love my Titan. I wanted something different so I went with it.
Good choice! Glad you like it, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
You should mention it tows 9200 lbs while being 4 wheel drive. Rams will only tow that much in 4WD with an upgraded rear end. Also you left out the Utili Track feature of the bed which no one else really has. Is that roll bar removable?
I don’t think you have to spec it, but once you do I think it’s there to stay. Great points, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I think it's just the fact that anything with the name "Titan (or Titanic)" will have bad luck since it's cursed.
Hahaha! Didn’t think of that. Good point 😂

Are you still enjoying it? Thinking of buying a Titan Platinum Reserve or Pro 4X
Excellent point, and a very competitive offer from Nissan. Makes the basic goodness of the truck even more compelling. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Excellent analysis.
Thank you!
I love the Titan great review Jax
Thank you! And thanks for watching! 🙏🏻

See, I kinda think that's making it better.... 🤣 To each his own, I guess. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Watched this vid again. I feel like you may be one of the few to tell it how it is with every car you test.
So many other channels go into their test knowing Nissan is the underdog with truck sales and they nitpick it so hard.
But I Love its look. It looks tough and stylish !!
It has grown on me a lot, especially in Pro-4X trim. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻

Ya it has 470000km. There's no way a Ford would last that long. I almost can't wait for my truck to die so I can buy a newer one but it has no sign of mechanical wear
2006 nissan titan 4x4 with 280k miles zero problems
That’s awesome! My brother in law had one of those. It was a great truck. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
When this video came out definitely much better than Toyota.
Toyota to me always had that unfinished look.
Awesome review! 😂Just purchased this truck 😎
Thanks so much! 🙏🏻 Hope you like it!
