    Love these videos.. so helpful in MANY ways. I also love the “ bitter pill of truth” is counterbalanced with helpful tips to take the sting! I tend to sit in the evening after it gets dark..( earlier and earlier now🥺)… but these tips will be so helpful to keeping me motivated and feeling in charge. When the talk first started I felt sad and ashamed… then realized, as you continued with your tips, that I was doing ok… just a few tweaks needed to add that extra help to my body. My body has served me well, and I deserve this extra! I usually walk 3 miles in the morning..1.5 at a fast pace.. the rest a tad slower. I tracked it yesterday and it is a 16min mile. Ok! Challenge accepted to get to 15!! ..THANK YOU SO MUCH for these enlightening and inspiring videos! I was feeling so sad with this diagnosis..but each day I’m feeling better and more in control. My diet is on point and all sugar is gone…there are days I just feel giddy from feeling so good! Amazing! How a feeling of tragedy and loss could be replaced with feelings of health and vitality and positivity. Thank you for helping me…I know I can’t afford the program, but these videos are so full of helpful information and I will be eternally grateful. You are a blessing and I am so happy I found you.
    Ps… your book on alkaline arrived yesterday! Hooray! I already learned from it and cleared some issues. Thank you, again, for my Better Bones😍

    I eat Dr Gregors daily dozen following a plant based diet. It has improved my health without medications. I wish the whole world would benefit.I am now looking to avoid drugs for osteoporosis I exercise and keep active. Id like a more intense program. cheers to long and healthy happy lives! You look amazing! ill do what you do!

    Unfortunately for the last 14 years my work as a home health nurse has forced me to spend most of my day sitting down. The driving has been intense, and you sit with the patient and in office mode too. I knew it would come back to haunt me. I was doing an effort to include some exercise at least 15-20 a few times a week, but it has been hard. When I got dx with pre diabetes and OP, I stopped to work for almost two years. It was the only way to focus on regaining as much health as possible. I got some back, but still fighting OP without medications. I am back at work, but as a part timer since I decided to get my retirement to care for my mother and my health.

    Thank you for all this information! I’m not a “good”tv watcher but I sew all the time! I’ve set up my sewing studio so I have to walk across the room to press every seam. Not much but it helps. My husband “walks me” (like walking the dog) every evening. Hoping that helps. Lol

    I’m one of the rare people that doesn’t want to live to be 80 years old. I’m 65 now I would just like to have a decent quality of life while I’m still here. I am a vegan and would like to know if there were any supplements that actually helped collagen grow back. Every Western medicine doctor says it’s impossible but I don’t believe them.

    What about the amount of time spent in bed? What if you spend 12 hours in bed? I usually go up to bed and watch tv each night around 7 pm and get up around 6 am. I wonder how much exercise I need in order to compensate for the time I spend in bed.

    One question.. saw someone mention collagen and your recommendations. Are there pill forms? I just can not drink the powders. I have several and tossed them from the smell and taste ( they claim unflavored, but no😂)… THANK YOU!

    I had bilateral knee replacement 10 years ago at age 54. I need to make them last a long time therefore high impact exercises such as jumping and hopping is out for me. Other than walking and some strength training do you have any suggestions for bone building?

    Does the same hold true if you’re lying down because you’re not able to temporarily walk due to a bad knee injury.

      Hello! If you are recovering from an injury, it is necessary to lay down and rest in order to make a full recovery. A sedentary lifestyle is one where one is inactive for long periods of time over the course of years.

    I use a Fitbit and try to get 10 000 steps a day
    At work I usually get 7500 step so I usually go for a half walk before supper so I get my 10 000 steps

    Is hopping safe to do if you already have osteoporosis?

      iI one has low bone density but is not fractured hopping is generally safe. See how it feels and feel free to talk to your physical therapists if you have questions about your particular case.

      It may be she has dry mouth and has to have something to suck on to speak. Maybe concentrate more on what you are hearing.
