Is HDMI 2.1 STILL BROKEN in macOS Sonoma 14.0?

Also its a new problem with Macos Sequoia i have. Macbook m2pro and Samsung odyssey g6.
On Sonoma i could use 2k resolution, 240hz and pick HIDPI in better display application, but now if i will use this, my resolution dropped down or i need to off HIDPI to use 2k 240hz with it.
I hope its a software but, because it worked on Sonoma

Not that helpful with all the computer jargon. Plain and simple my MacBook is freezing after a few minutes of connecting my hdmi cord to the tv this problem happened after I updated to sonoma I need help

I have LG UltraGear 24gn600, spesification is 1080P (FHD) but my macbook pro 2023 M2 detected as 4K resolution, and that make my monitor color is bad and often disconected.. any recomendation what can I do ?

Hey , I watched some of your videos on HDMI . I am looking for m2 max mac studio . so I have Samsung 32" curved 4k monitor . So can you tell me which cable should I buy exactly to get 4k resolution with 120hz rate ?
