Wow, that first TV is really cool and a smart idea. Being portable alone is enough, but having stands coming in and out of it and especially the indicators for the suction part is rad.
The g killed its self by eliminating the center stand in favour of wall mount, not everyone can dig into walls to run cables , they need to offer it for the 65 55 48 models especially in chain stores than there own terrible center mount
Ah yes can’t wait until LG releases the 97” G5 at $20,000+ without any of the new features the 83” has for 1/4 the price… Also, the Hisense 116” would’ve been a great mention! It’ll for sure be the tv to look out for in 2025
@ for the sake of it being new tv tech innovation & honestly, price lol I feel the 116” deserves it more 😅 Im just taking complete guesses over here but I’d say 116” $25k & 136” $60K (USD)
If you're talking about a detachable tv that you can put around your house it's obvious that there's a battery no? so why don't talk about that? battery hours? what next? where to charge?
Grown adults love complaining and crying like 5 year old children. Every tv has their pros and their cons. It’s hard to choose a bad tv now, especially when you actually have the cash to spend for a premium Tv. If you don’t like Samsungs matte screen finish then don’t buy it! It’s not rocket science. If you don’t like that LG doesn’t offer a QD OLED panel then don’t buy it! It’s not rocket science.
As someone excited for the g5, the matte screen is blown out proportions and the variant is even better and Sony has yet to announce anything so that literally makes no sense plus they aren't too far off from one another at launch for price
Not mentioning the Hisense RGB miniLED is rather questionable. Greater colour gamut and colour space than QD-OLED. Far superior brightness and HDR impact compared any OLED. Oh and none of OLED's numerous shortcomings. Even some self-proclaimed OLED lovers have said it is the best TV at CES. If you have your reasons for emitting it you should at least explain them in the video.
Too bad that the LG G5 65 incher will not come with a stand this year! Just like the year before. Last year they came to their senses and offered a stand on the G4!
A95M and Bravia 10 will probably be the best OLED and Mini-LED again... yet for sure the most overpriced. Panasonic will probably have the best BRGB 4 stack OLED , but the better buy will probably be G5 for all around value. I don't see S95F being very popular , not just because Its matte , but because Its really not doing much new , the 4000 nit is bs marketing and will only hit for a brief window so quick that It won't even really matter. 4 stack layer BRGB was the most exciting thing this year.
As a person who buys a new tv when the new numbered PlayStations come out (not pro versions) I usually get a new tv every 6-8 years. I bought a lg c1 and it already has a basketball sized green discoloration in the middle of the screen and the ps7 is no where to be seen. So my next tv will be a Vizio quantum dot or a Hisense mini led. I need longevity, not something with slightly better picture that just won’t last long term.

going to ces for 20 years is a cool achievement. must have seen a lot.

what about Hisense?

so weird because Displace showed off that same TV last year. not sure why it made the initial feature this year vs last year
Prolly No funding
You forgot the Hisense TriChroma LED 116UX! (RGB mini-LED)
It's too bad it will only come in the 116 size. They said they don't have it in smaller sizes.
Didn’t forget anything here.
Looks so good. Hopefully they get it in some more affordable models soon but I can wait lol.
97% of the BT2020 color spectrum is huge. The 116UX should be on this list.
No thanks, I'd rather have the 136" that Hisense is offering.
I think LG G4 with MLA is prob the best buy for most.
samsung and lg: incredible panels that you will pay a fortune to buy, only to become billboards inside your living room.

@@roco9504 My point stands that it could have also been mentioned. Not hard to say Hisense 116" and 136" and lump them together.
Incoming people hating on LG but will defend Samsung
I feel like it’s vise versa
@ read the comments bud
woo i finally get to see the suction tv demo. most other youtube channels didn't get to show a demo yet
You have not included Panasonic Z95B. What a miss!
Did tcl show their true rgb oled?
I’m 32 and I remember seeing this dude online talking about TVs before I was even a teenager.
That Displace is really cool in my opinion
Honestly don't trust those suction cups.
I'm waiting for Sony to release a matte TV. As a person who works with their eyes a matte screen is like a fresh air.
G5 for the win.
Any 32” OLEDs?
Panasonic OLED?
Can you add the prices of the tvs as well in discription
Remember when this guy used to review TVs? Those were the good days of CNET
Any good projectors?
We use suction cups to lift panels of glass that weigh 100s of lbs, a 5lb tv is nothing.
While that is true, these are suction cups to drywall. Drywall is a terrible material for suction cups.
Samsung Oled...Finally 😊
*Bruh, is going to CES before I was born.* 💀
why is epic game's ceo presenting TVs from CES 2025
I'll consider in 2032 when it's on sale and I need one 😅
The new Hisense RGB 116 inch tv looks very promising as well.
I have my eyes on the 136" Hisense from this years CES.
If you're talking about a detachable tv that you can put around your house it's obvious that there's a battery no? so why don't talk about that? battery hours? what next? where to charge?
LG as always.
If You Push To Hard You crack LCD Forget it
I was really hoping for more +100” TVs to help bring down the price…
Right?? I want my next tv to be 100+
Prices need to come down more

also hello 👋🏻 from my first ces. las vegas 🇺🇸
G5 wins because Samsung has the crappy matte finish and Sony is overpriced.
Fanboy
Fanboy x 2
Also no Dolby Vision on Samsung TVs.
Panasonic uses the same tech and has superior processing compared to LG and much better sound quality.
As someone excited for the g5, the matte screen is blown out proportions and the variant is even better and Sony has yet to announce anything so that literally makes no sense plus they aren't too far off from one another at launch for price

I mean saying that OLED has the best picture quality already disqualifies him.

agreed!

How about Sony?
Panasonic z95b
You lost me at the emphatic - “LG has the best picture quality today” as though Sony, Samsung & Panasonic don’t battle it head to head
Yes, the guy is clueless after 20 years of covering the show. What a waste of money.
Every one of these people is an “expert”. Then proceeds with all the usual suspects. In actual fact, a lot of the results are subjective.
So true. I never watch CNET. Now I remember why
Sony lost this identity when they sold to Samsung
It literally competes with sony and Panasonic, Samsung isn't even in the same league as the other ones
That Telly sucked. Do the legs pop out when, without warning it slides off the refrigerator? Cannot believe you gave it over 2mins promotion.
No to all of this. Hisense was the clear winner this year.
where is sony tvs ?
They do a release of the their 2025 TVs in a March/April event.
Sony doesn't showcase their new TVs at CES anymore.
Panasonic clearly omotted from both CNET's article amd this accompanying video. Do better.
Lg winner

You do realize they all cost about the same around launch right?
This must be paid advertisement. From everything I've seen the Hisense 116" was the most shocking/impressive tv at the event.
What about the 136" Hisense?
It's big and bright that's it, the picture quality for Hisense is already terrible now make it bigger and worse 😂
Did they get home receivers?
Why not put more HDMI's legit. More connections.
PS6 and a new Nintendo is coming.
cool
Matte screen tvs?? 🤮

So you want a TV to last but you're going to be getting either a Vizio or a Hisense? Is it April 1st already?
Get a Sony miniLED. It will out last you.
I have a Sony LED that is 13 years old and still works like brand new.
SONY is GOAT
Greatest only after tomorrow?
Was
im still really happy with my humble LG 65 ich G3 OLED
CNet is LGs propaganda mouthpiece. We all know Samsung will come tops from independent media.
Laughing so loudly that my boyfriend offered to set up a camera and record our reactions👄
