Dont forget to index the bell housing tremec recommend '00.5' max of bell housing run out in relation to the crankshaft, anything more then that will cause premature input shaft bearing failure .
Hey thanks for getting this kit, I've been on the fence on the CD009 and a T56 and this has really got me second guessing putting my CD and what I've purchased for sale right now. I really hope you have a step by step assembly video of the clutch itself. Also showing how to check for proper spacing of the HRB to the pressure plate diaphragm, this alone seems to be the biggest issue plaguing so many kits.
Thats a nice option to have. Good explanation. I sold my T56 as it had 100K hard miles on it (F body) and in my experience its time for a rebuild at that point. Im going with a Grannas t56 mag but will have to save my pennies for a while...
Your content is great brother. If ordering direct from CRS does it include the throw out bearing with the Mantic clutch? Or is this something your facebook contact included. Cheers
Castlemaine Rod Shop puts the kit together. Rod Hadfield was the original owner of the company. He built some absolutely incredible hotrods. Look up his cars. He built the worlds first fully registered 1000hp car, it is a 55 Chevy with a Rolls Royce Merlin engine. He actually got into the Guinness world records with it
I said it wrong in the video, its not a shifter relocation, its a shifter extension that extends the knob 2 inches to the back. I just put the links on the video description
Sweet, now I can save some money on my trans swap. Do you know if it's the same parts for my Mk3 2jz swap? Wow this is great news but we need for You too complete yours first so we can follow. Thanks bro👏👏👏👏👍👍👍💪💪💪
Just fitted the CRS kit to my chaser. I did have to do some custom stuff but it worked out alright.

T56 vs T56 magnum huge difference.
so is $700 bucks & $5 thousand big difference but depends on what power ur running, if u got a spare 5k go the magnum
That's a good deal. Love the way they packaged it too.
I've learned more from you in this trade then I did in high school....buying a sc400 next week then a swap
Awesome find, yeah grannas racing prices are outta my budget too, might just get my supra the same treatment.
The kids going “I AM THE UNDER MINER!!!!!!” Took me out 😂

That brief case is boss!
Castlemaine Rod Shop, Great Australian made quality!
Fantastic explanation, keep the videos coming bro.
This is awesome man what about for the speedometer is there any adapters for this.
Did you use the brass pilot bearing that came with it or bought a Toyota pilot bearing. I heard the brass one fails after a while
Hey guys! What is your impression after using this kit, would you do it again?
Is there a different clutch kit we can use? Would a clutch kit designed for a 2jz bolt on without modifications?
Great video , good information Great job.👍
Gracias papa
whats the link for the kit i just see the trans mount and kinked shifter links???
Bro how you do the shifter and the cross member with mount for $200 when Sikky crossmember and mount is $189. The shifter is 500.
Where did you get the kit for $250 with the shifter relocation?
I said it wrong in the video, its not a shifter relocation, its a shifter extension that extends the knob 2 inches to the back. I just put the links on the video description
YOU GUYS ARE F**KIN AWESOME!! 😎
How did you find this Kit??!! At that price, NOW I can consider swapping a T56 transmission in my 2JZGTE Mk3 Supra!!
I’m done with the cd009! So do you recommended this kit top secret garage ?
I recommend the t56 magnum with the mcleod RXT1200 clutch brotha
You should do a video dress up like James Bond delivering the Top Secret Clutch case you’re brothers trying take it. Supra is going to be bad ass.

That's really nice packaging. Why did you go with the T-56 instead of a CD009?
Probably since the t56 is common and durable..
