Giancarlo Pavan play a beautiful instrument and bow made by Adriano Massari, famous italian bow maker that demostrate here a fine art also as a luthier.

Il genere elegiaco, fu prediletto da Giovanni Bottesini per esprimere le profondità del sentimento romantico unitamente allo slancio lirico vocale delle sue composizioni per contrabbasso. Questa Reverie che in qualche modo si inserisce nel ciclo delle elegie (Bottesini ne ha scritte tre), è un breve componimento poetico di stampo elegante e romantico, quasi un dono riverente e galante a qualcuno che si ama e al quale si vuole comunicare la forza sentimentale della passione.on un tocco molto gentile.
