How can i take care of my clear aligners?

The thing about the Clear Aligners or the system we're using you have to change the aligners weekly. Once you start wearing the aligners you'll get very used to it and most of the times I would take them out to eat obviously it doesn't matter if you have any drink but as far as your eating I find it's becoming more socially acceptable as well. I see friends who will just, in front of me, take their aligner and you wouldn't even know it's in their hand and put it in.
Now I've seen all sorts of aligners looking yellow because you love your curries or they're looking red because you love your pasta or people who love their wines, you know? Now there is a lot of products that you can use. I find because you just need to survive one week with it just brushing it normally does the trick for me.
