    What version of SN? Paris? My PDI is Orlando and I do not have the Allow Transcript Download option under Chat Setup.

    Can we get the agent workspace in the now agent mobile app ?? Like can the agent chat live with the end user using the now agent mobile app ...please provide inputs on this

    Hello! Virtual Agent is not working as expected after connecting with an Live Agent the user's input field is disabled, meaning that only the Live Agent is able to write in the chat.
    Could you please help me?
