Elizabeth Orchard - the way you explained was wow. So precisely covered all the important points necessary to get a quick overview. And your voice is sooo pleasant to hear, lovely voice.

    Hi everyone,
I noticed that the video on configuring AWA in PDI might be missing a crucial step: enabling state presence for the service channel.
If you've configured everything for AWA but it's still not working in PDI, follow these steps:
Go to Advanced Work Assignment -> Settings -> Presence State.
    Select Available from the list.
Add the newly created service channel to the Selected list.
By completing these steps, you ensure the system recognizes the service channel as available, allowing AWA to function properly in PDI.

Hi Elizabeth Orchard, I am from infosys company, I have created service channels , Queues, assignment rules , added roles to the group but when I am assigning the task it is not triggering in the workspace to accept or reject. Can you please guide me how to trigger that in workspace.

To make assignment work on your PDI for cases (and guess same for incidents) you need to activate and assign the "Available" presence state.
