A week ago I bought a 550e, and unfortunately I did not know how to deal with it. It is very difficult and in my area there is no one who understands this type of machine. Please help me. I want to download graphics from Google, drawings of bouquets of flowers, how do I download them? Is it necessary to have the Janome software? And it works without the program Janome? Unfortunately. Janome is very expensive. I did not get the program in the embroidery machine. Do they not include it with the 550e embroidery machine? Please help me with your answer to explanations, if possible.
