Sam is insane, my fav vocalist in metal. I love that he explores new ways of singing but he will always be the greatest of all screams, i have not really heard other people able to scream like he does, with melody.

It's has been released officially. It's available as a live DVD if I recall correctly. I definitely bought it on Google Play or something when it came out. So there may be other formats out there.

They released vinyl copies of it too. I've got the set. Can't recommend it unless you've got a decent record player, some of the more complicated songs can play up a bit with their speed
