Hi Sir how are you doing?
Please i have a question :
When stretching the leg, I don't feel anything in the hip, but I feel the stretching in the middle of the leg, i don't know what's wrong, although I applied it as in the video, thanks.

Thank you 🙏
You’re welcome 😊
I agree with comments. This one simple exercise really help alleviate a lot of lower back pain. I spent the last 40 years sitting behind a desk. I wish I knew about stretching back then!

Put a pillow under
Or just a towel. I use my thick rubber slipper honestly 😂 but trust me it really prevents knee hurting
I am ready to cry. I've been in and out of hosp all year. My flexors are not working no ninty degree action for me in knees or hips. I need somebody to put their hands on me. I just learned today not to arch my back. I have been taught by some good therapists but i didnt quite grasp what they meant by raiusing my hips off the bed as I was doing it improperly. Now i see it is like tucking my tail between my legs instead of actually lifting my butt off the ground. My leg is a mess. I had a fasciotomy on june 29 and I could not and still cant put weight on it. I can hobble on it currently. I am soooooooo upset because I cannot even empty trash. I'm a mess :( .. thank you for the demo. My big problem is there is no way I can get to the kneeling position. However, I do stand at my sink/counter and attemp to stretch this muscle.
God bless you man. Keep your head up 💪
When I do this stretch, I find that I barely feel it when I stretch the right side, but on the left side if I'm doing it properly (tucking my pelvis and not arching my low back) it's incredibly tight and I can barely move forward at all without feeling a burning pain in my low back on that side. I feel the hip flexor stretch for sure, but it feels like nerve pain that radiates into my back as well. Oddly, a lot of the time when I'm standing I have pain only on the RIGHT side of my lower back. Do you know what might be causing that low back strain while doing this stretch? I'm definitely not arching at all - I feel very tucked.
I need and I want to GET UP :( I'm having a breakdown because I'm brokedown.
If I can’t feel anything with the stretch does that mean my hip flexors are not the problem for my back pain 😢
Don’t understand why I have it when I’m on my feet 12 hours a day @ work
I think if you have muscle imbalances it can make other muscles tight to compensate, I have the same issue
