Omg... I'm in my 30's and my hips, mostly the right one, have been killing me for the last couple of years. It radiates down my legs into my feet. I just did this stretch on both sides, twice. I got up and it didn't hurt at all. I haven't been able to go from sitting to standing in almost 3 years without my hips and legs hurting. This is incredible!!! Thank you!!!!
I had a coworker tell me I was limping and that I needed more comfortable shoes. I wear vans for the nom slip grip with insoles and loosen the laces for my arches, so vans don't really bother me. BUT, two days before we had inventory night and I was crouching and twisting during scanning products a lot. I realized it wasn't my feet that was making me limp but inner thigh pain from the other day, maybe pulling a muscle that made my gait wonky. So this exercise I hope helps a lot relieve tightness because I bet my quads were working hard during the crouching, but weak inner thighs got really tight.
I’m in tears right now because I never thought I’d find relief after so many months of this pain. I tried different shoes, massages, hip/back stretches, exercise. This helped me in 90 seconds. THANK YOU.
BRUH. I've been struggling with low back pain over the last year or so and it's been getting worse over the last few months. I narrowed it down to my hip flexors but no stretches or exercises were touching it. I just chilled in this position for the rest of the video and immediately felt a change between my two sides, and watched another video for the other side. I just got up and walked around my house all loose and free for the first time in forever. Thank you so much!
I came across this video about a month ago and, as a lady of a certain age who has been struggling with hip tightness and pain, decided to give this a try. Well…let me just say, this has changed my life! Each and every morning, as soon as I wake up, I do this with each leg, then I do your recommended ankle on the opposite knee stretching, and let me tell you…this ABSOLUTELY has given me 95% relief of my hip issues! Thank you guys, from my heart ❤️
This is seriously life changing. I've been struggling with my left hip for months and it's been getting worse. But 90 seconds of this completely released most of the tightness.
Shortening the muscle, holding then slowly releasing is pandiculation. It's the opposite of stretching. It also resets the brain to remember the normal state of the hip flexor, or any muscle you want to target. It really works.
I want to cry from joy, I’ve had this issue for 5 years now and nobody could figure out what I was talking about. Once I lay down after work, I cannot get back up from the extreme pain. I did this and stood with no problem afterwards. Thank you guys
I’m a nail tech so I’m sitting ALL day and my lower back and hips have been KILLING me the past week or so and I’ve tried everything I could think of but nothing helped, I couldn’t even bend down to pour my dog some food. Just did this stretch on both sides and a light back stretch after and it popped twice and it feels SO much better now. I was simply laying on my bed doing nothing, in lots of pain, and now I’m laying the same way and feel nothing 🥹💕
Was seeing a therapist for MONTHS for terrible knee tightness and referred pain. At it's worst I couldn't walk for more than 10 minutes before a flareup. This literally fixed it. This stretch was a game changer. Thank you for this video.
Thank you! You are angels ... I've been almost immobilized with increasing pain for months. Now after a month of doing this exercise twice a day, I can take my evening two mile walk pain free. Yesterday walking home, smelling the evening air and looking for my favorite stars, I was ecstatic! And two years ago, your exercise for plantar fasciitis also came to my rescue! 👍🙏
What's wild, especially after reading some of the comments, is how varying the relief from this one stretch can be. I am a trainer and I've had persistent hip pain despite my overall flexibility and range of motion, not only did this relieve my tension, it helped me poop!😄 (hadn't realized some of my constipation comes from muscle tightness )
I have been seeing my physio for a couple of months and have had no relief at all even though I’m doing all my stretches and strengthening exercises plus walking half an hour to forty minutes every other day and doing gentle yoga once a week. Hoping they can help me with my tight hip flexors and thigh muscles.
I was a massage therapist from 2000-2006. This brings me back to the good old days of loosening up or strengthening hips/core/pelvic floor. I have been needing this.
After spending a fortune over several years on physiotherapists, I tried this exercise and it has transformed my life. No more back pain and my legs are so much looser when I walk. Before they were restricted by my tight hip flexes and this has made the world of difference. Thank you so much.
5 years ago I broke the transverse processors on L2 - L4 on the LEFT side only. While I did not need surgery, the muscle issues it has caused in my entire body have been unimaginable. It compensated exactly the way our bodies are designed to do. I look normal but I’m weak and in pain. Though I “look” normal, my body could no longer function the way it was. I needed professional help and was ready for it. (Huge difference!) 3 months ago I started 2x/wk with a new PT. Lots of dry needling and re-educating just about every single muscle in my body. It has absolutely changed my life! If you are in pain, never ever give up on looking for and finding relief!!! Thank you for sharing your time and messages with the world guys!! This is great stuff. 🤩👍
I came upon this video looking for anything that would help relieve the hip pain that has been keeping me awake at night for almost a year now. I tried this and I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE IT HAS MADE!!! I think I will be able to finally get some sleep tonight. Thank you both so so so much!!!!
I was stuck in bed 2+ weeks with the flu. Lost all my flexibility. I'm back to my daily walks and hurting!! Stretching is key!LOVE my foam roller and Aleve!😉 It's going to take time to rebuild all I lost.☹But blessed that I can.🥰
Thank you thank you !! Just unlocked my pain in 90 seconds. I couldn’t sit on the toilet. TMI. Now I can. You guys are THE BEST!! This video, the sciatica one, and back pain ones save me regularly !! ❤
fell off my electric skateboard commuting to work, my hip had felt so tight for months on end. This stretch feels like it's peeling back time and giving me back much immediate mobility. Thank you!
OMG! I have been suffering for so long. PT for 6 months. I feel like my hip has gotten worse. With this one move, i felt immediately better! I want to cry! I am so relieved. I will continue to do it several times a day in hopes that my pain does not return! thank you.
I don't believe this - I was convinced I had cancer and would have to have my left hip and leg amputated! My lower back pain is a lot easier as well. I think you guys should have a medal each. Many thanks indeed.
Great video, thanks guys! Speaking of over stretching, I saw a picture of a person doing butterfly pose, soles of feet together and you let your knees fall out, with dumbbells on their inner thighs just above the knees. That's not how you get your body to open up, the more you force a muscle, the more it's going to say "no chance". I was horrified when I saw it and thought, no wonder yoga gets a bad rep sometimes. Some people their knees are way up and others can get their knees on or close to the ground. The correct thing to do is to put something, pillows, block etc below the knees and this helps the knees and hips to relax into something, getting you to your goal of having open hips where your knees are on or close to the ground. You can put your hands around your feet and very gently lean on your inner thighs with your arms but that's the extent you should go, please don't use dumbbells or weights of any kind. If you practice yoga, just starting out and you come across this picture please don't do it, you should never force your body into a posture, any kind of stretch. Just thought I'd give that tip since the video is about hips! When I saw the pic I thought of you guys
I have done this only 3 times and the most amazing thing has happened, totally unexpected! I have Baker's cysts being both knees, quite large and firm, tonight I noticed that they are practically gone! It has to be from unblocking my hip flexors! In addition my movement is much better, I feel like I'm walking standing straighter, I will keep this up. Thanks for your help.
Wow. I’m 16 and super active. I was having real bad hip flexor pain. It hurt to walk and run. I did this stretch and it felt way better immediately after. Thanks guys👍🏾. My hip still hurts but way less I can sprit and jog now
you seem to have mistunderstood. this is not a stretch, on the contrary it's compressing/ shortening the muscle and thus relieves tension. during a stretch the muscle is lenthened and under tension.
This happened to my daughter in a soccer game, the coach used this technique on the side of the field and she was able to play the rest of the game within 10 minutes... I always wondered exactly what he had done - thanks for sharing!!!!!!
I have been following y’all for a few years now due Severe back pain that was revealed to be herniated disc which wasn’t herniated wasn’t the problem when the L5 vertebrae slipped and contracted my spinal cord by 70% I was virtually dealing with paralysis. My fantastic chiropractor sent me in for an MRI and that’s how we found it Ethan referred me to marvelous surgeon I didn’t have surgery. Lots of leg pain hamstrings hip flexors hamstrings and calves etc. I now have not on my Achilles’ heel due to tendinitis. This is non-stretch has made a huge difference in my physical therapy in just 2 days!!!
I know the hips effect the legs. My trouble comes from my lower back. Nothing from the hips down feels good anymore or even 'alright'. I have spinal stenosis. I think it's from injuries when I was a child. So happy to have discovered you two! Thanks for all you do. XOXOXO!
I ride horses and the other day, I asked for a slow trot and suddenly, both hips seized and I had terrible muscle cramps in what I call my "seat muscles.". Luckily I have a very good horse and when I asked him for a whoa, he stopped and let me figure out how to stretch out my hips I never want to go through that again. It was very dangerous, so I am going to try this today and for the rest of the week. Thank you.
I'm 18 and i was attending to a lot of doctors through this 1 year and none of them did slightly help with my pain, the mri and pictures showed nothing and they couldn't say anything, but this exercise really helped me a lot with my pain, a relief after several month of waking up in the middle of the night because of pain, this simple 10 minutes did a lot more than one year of going to different doctors, nothing helps you more than exercising
A HUGE, HUGE thank you Bob and Brad!! I couldn’t even lift my knees to put socks in without a terrible pinching pain. This is an amazing stretch/technique that worked for me!
I can’t believe how much you guys have helped me over the last couple years. And how much money you’ve saved me from not needing a PT (don’t worry I’d see one if I had anything severe enough that I couldn’t treat with your exercises!)
Starts at 4:59 - thanks B and B for your knowledge. Sending peace, love and light your way and knowing we'll soon get back outside enjoying the world, and talking to people like we should be. Good bye Cov19.
Okay I just did this in my bed alongside you guys and I think it worked! I’ve been doing intense yoga daily, sometimes twice daily, for months trying to work out the iliopsoas and hip flexor tightness that’s been going on. So surprised to hear stretching may be the wrong move for this but no wonder it’s not getting better if this is true! I’m going to keep at it and see how it goes practicing this daily. You guys cured my tennis elbow with the QOD cross-fiber massage so I’m a believer! 😁
I was so glad to see this! I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so a lot of stretches & exercise is too tired to do regularly. I’m always excited to find things I can do laying down (I won’t get into the science of why it makes things easier in terms of blood pressure/cardiac issues). Thanks!!
Blew mine out doing a high kick and started doing this naturally as it was the only way to get relief. Took six months total to be able to be pain free and healed. Now it’s another three months of stretching and strength training to get back to where I was but ... without the weakness that caused it in the first place.
I’m my goodness. This has absolutely been one of the best stretches ever for this. Have actually been able to sleep at night and walking around is so much better
Thank you! I just finished doing this for the first time. I'm lying here relaxing and the pain has lessened. I'm looking forward to doing it again in the morning. This pain has been terrible for months.
Wow, I've been dealing with pain in my hip flexor for a few months. I did this just now...wow, it feels great. Like it feels so loose now. Thank you guys, I'm gonna do this every night now!
Wow, I had a very complicated hip surgery several years ago and my left side has been tight AF ever since. I spent hundreds and thousands of dollars each year on chiropractors, Chinese Dr... you name it! Anything that helps to loosen my hip.. Worse, it's also affecting my waist, hamstrings, and other hip. Everyone should give this a try. I felt instant relief right after my first 90secs. Thank you!!!
My PT taught me this years ago along with a couple of other exercises and it’s all that works. I’m now taking restorative yoga which is holding long stretches (no hands and knees just on the floor) and that helps too.
Seriously....when are the two of you going to write a book on all your advice and techniques???? You helped my shoulder pain and now my hips!! Thank you😘
I can't believe how much this just worked! I have had almost constant, movement limiting hip pain since being pregnant with my 3 year old. When i do stretches it absolutely feels like it is stretching but i dont necessarily feel any better afterwards. I have just stood up from doing this on both sides and i feel so much better, looser and more mobile. Thank you! I will now being doing this everyday
I always tell my patients first to relieve the tension muscle by relaxing it or shorten it, this thoroughly reduced the strain built on that specific muscle. You guys are really great ty.
I injured myself from sleeping! But probably from work the previous day. Without a word of a lie, I tried this 90 second technique and it worked! Here I was limping around all day. Did this exercise in bed and at the beginning there was a little pain and discomfort, preserved for the 90 seconds and bingo! The pain is gone. But interestingly as I’m typing this, I can feel a slight bit of heat in my lower left side of my back. Not concerned, but an observation. Thank you Bob and Brad!
Noticed my typo. Not preserved but ‘persevered’. Oh and the little heat I felt in my lower back was from the same side as my injured left hip. Probably as you say Bob; the pain originated from the back.
I need this stretching tightness for a car accident in 2003 broken pelvis and hip tail bone I was paralyzed from the waist down for 4 days bed bond and now I can walk now.thanksful to God
Omg I woke up my left hip flexor was completely locked and I was limping. My leg feels so numb. But I just did this and I instantly felt relief. I’m 29 and used to be very active. I never had that type of locking pain ever. Thank you so much still very tight but I can already tell this is helping. Going to do it again tomorrow thank you so much
For the past week my right hip flexor has been annoying me with this nagging soreness. It's something that has bothered me on and off (thank God mostly off) for a while now. I Just did this, and I absolutely mind blown at the fact that it really worked!!! Like immediately 😲. I swear this will be my go to move from now on for the rest Of my life anytime I feel that pain in my hip. I did have to rotate my heal in towards my knee to find my most comfortable position, but true to the video 90 seconds later I felt absolutely no pain! Amazing!!
Love the exercise....but I LOVE the fact that Bob corrected Brad's use of the word "lay" (down) Bob is correct, the word is "lie" down!!! Yea!!!.....almost everyone uses the incorrect word ---The Grammar Police
Americans make this mistake but much less so with the Brits and other English speakers. Actually, even non-English speakers use it correctly because they actually study grammar. Americans also don’t use past perfect tenses like have swum and have drunk. I notice that Americans are triggered to anger when their English is being corrected. It’s like they do not want to improve and prefer to be mediocre and sloppy. I speak multiple languages and it’s not the case for people speaking in other languages, where they appreciate being corrected and want to strive for excellence.
God has a place in heaven for you two awesome healers! Thank you so much for this from an old soccer dad coach who always has this issue from trying to keep up with the kids. lol
I remember when I was a teenager having really sore hip flexors from hockey. My shower had a tub and I remember having to physically pick up my leg to get it over the tub… I’m in my 20s now and started playing hockey again. My hip flexor stiffness started to come back and it would flare up when I work out abs at the gym. This stretch feels like I just reset my hip flexors! Thank you!
Well, I’ve been in agony for over six months, it has affected my running, my sleep, at its worst I was unable to lift my foot off the floor. I have just tried this, and although not 100% cured, there is a definite improvement…wow..
This was great! I have had hip pain for months & was trying to find a simple exercise to help. I did this one move & it relieved my pain almost instantly! I am definitely going to keep exercising & will try more later. Thanks!
Have been suffering this pain in the left hip for 5 years now since I have polio in my left leg. Hopefully this will help me. Thanks a ton for the detailed demonstration.
I’ve always been extremely active. I religiously stretch, foam roll, and use a professional massage gun. None help. This stretch though! I CANNOT believe how big of a difference this simple hold made!
I have been having right hip tightness and what I think might of been sciatica - & tried this for 90 seconds and my hip and lower right side of back feels better. Thanks 👍
Thanks Bob & Brad 🙏 ‘Bert & Ernie’’ B1 & B2’ hehe 💙 I think u guys have a better relationship than a lot of couples haha have u guys ever argued? It’s great to see such harmony & respect u guys have for each other makes watching very smooth sailing 🤩👌
I don’t have any social media just out of personal preference but motivated by a safety need. So when I got to the Bob and Brad Instagram I love everything I saw so I wish I could leave comments as I go along. Also, I unfortunately missed out on the entries related to Twitter. Regardless I’m appreciative of the opportunity I have with the entries I got. It is so cool. Thank you Bob and Brad!
I just tried this last night and it ABSOLUTELY works. The other thing is to watch how long you sit, since that for me was the eoot cause. 5 to 8 hrs at sitting work x 5 days a week = Shorten a hip flexor on my leg. :( But like I said, this REALLY lessened the tightness and would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for this. Had pain from hip flexor from running for the past month. After doing this I went from limping to walking normally with hardly any pain! Amazing!! Can’t thank you enough 👍👍👍 hopefully back to running normally now. Hope you had a great Xmas and happy new year... from the UK 😁
I’ve been having excruciating pain in my left hip for years n specialist says hip replacement in 5 years. But it feels like tendon or muscle not bone. Glad I found this n gonna try for a while. Hoping for relief.
It works! I'd been having hip tightness for 4-6 weeks. Tried heat, ice, stretching and not stretching, nothing worked! Within 1/2 hr of doing this the tightness was gone. Thanks Bob and Brad!
Thanks for this! I am struggling with right hip pain for way too long! I know that the hip flexor is part of the problem, I’m going to try this! It helps me understand why laying on my back causes so much pain in the groin area! Also, why lifting my leg to put on socks is agonizing 🥵🙏🤗💜
can’t wait to try this when I get back from the walk I’m on.. I’m literally watching a video about knee/hip pain while I’m walking bc I know I’m gonna be stiff when I get back. I, too, am a work from home person and I sit allot and I garuntee I can relieve some of my knee pain and stiffness through stretching. The doctors basically signed me up for steroid shots that I immediately refused
It never hurts to try these exercises and these guys know what they are speaking about. They have helped keep me out a a 10-level spine fusion x 10 yrs. For you young peeps, please have your Vitamin D levels checked...and corrected if low.
I thought my issue was a reaction to some medication I have been taking. I am taking stretching exercise classes for a month now, and have been unable to really participate well in some stretches. I watched your video, and already I have more mobility in both of my legs. Thank you so much for your video!! I have subscribed!!!
Omg... I'm in my 30's and my hips, mostly the right one, have been killing me for the last couple of years. It radiates down my legs into my feet. I just did this stretch on both sides, twice. Are you seriously.
Sounds exactly like sciatica which sucks ++ So glad to hear you got relief.
yeah same even my right hip is killing me
Yeah I’m around your age a bit younger this past year or more I’ve had this dull chronic pain at the joint of my hip more prominent at the side.
I had a coworker tell me I was limping and that I needed more comfortable shoes. I wear vans for the nom slip grip with insoles and loosen the laces for my arches, so vans don't really bother me. BUT, two days before we had inventory night and I was crouching and twisting during scanning products a lot. Can I do it after total hip arthoplasty surgery
I could seriously cry. Months of pain. Months of disrupted sleep. Finally. RELIEF. Thank you both!!! You really are the best!

It absolutely does. This is why I practice Hanna Somatics which uses pandiculations. Bob and Brad really need to look into it.
But did this work
Interesting, btw would you be stretching the glute muscles in this position?
Actually you can feel some stretches in there. I’ve been doing this for almost 8 years.
Will Read up on that, interesting.
I want to cry from joy, I’ve had this issue for 5 years now and nobody could figure out what I was talking about. Once I lay down after work, I cannot get back up from the extreme pain. I did this and stood with no problem afterwards. Thank you guys

Did you have trouble pain and weakness walking up stairs too,
These two! What a hoot. Wholesome and delightful. I would seriously watch these guys even if I didn’t need PT advice.

They're really great guys and a lot of help❣🙏🏻✌
Brilliant and thank you both. I’m still recovering from a car crash from 3 years ago. This is the answer and I’m very grateful. 🙏
My chiropractor told me to pull my knee to the opposite shoulder. That hurt! I am so glad you said "FIND THE MOST COMFORTABLE POSITION POSSIBLE."
What's wild, especially after reading some of the comments, is how varying the relief from this one stretch can be. These guys helped me through my roughest time.... My local Dr's were not guiding me properly.these guys helped me alot with my herniated disc
Same...I learn more from this page than I ever did from my PT...
They are the best😃

XOXOXO!
I’m almost in tears! I could barely walk and couldn’t sleep because of this searing pain. It’s gone!!! Thank you!!!
Just tried this on my left hip flexor that’s been tight for at least a week now. Immediate relief within the 90 seconds! In awe at how effect it is 🙏🏼
A HUGE, HUGE thank you Bob and Brad!! I couldn’t even lift my knees to put socks in without a terrible pinching pain. This is an amazing stretch/technique that worked for me!
Same. Feel better.
Sending peace, love and light your way and knowing we'll soon
get back outside enjoying the world, and talking to people like we should be. Good bye Cov19.
I like hearing them talk!
Thanks Mags c 👍
Love and Light 💗
Lol
Okay I just did this in my bed alongside you guys and I think it worked! I’ve been doing intense yoga daily, sometimes twice daily, for months trying to work out the iliopsoas and hip flexor tightness that’s been going on. So surprised to hear stretching may be the wrong move for this but no wonder it’s not getting better if this is true! I’m going to keep at it and see how it goes practicing this daily. You guys cured my tennis elbow with the QOD cross-fiber massage so I’m a believer! 😁
Thanks for mentioning the tennis elbow! Now I can search for it.
I was so glad to see this! I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so a lot of stretches & exercise is too tired to do regularly. I’m always excited to find things I can do laying down (I won’t get into the science of why it makes things easier in terms of blood pressure/cardiac issues). Thanks!!
Wow this really worked. Had hip pain waking me at night. Tried this, and didn't even do it for 90 seconds the first time and it still no pain.
Bob & Bread 🍞 the two most famous physical therapists on the internet 🎶🎶
😂😂😂😂 not bread
Bob and toast lol
I send links to your videos to my patients to work in conjunction with what we do in our office. Top Notch
Thank you😘
Bob & Brad, the two most famous, physical therapists on the internet. The best too. By far!
These guys are awesome! They talk about blood flow and shortening the muscle, my physical therapist never says anything About that.
I need this stretching tightness for a car accident in 2003 broken pelvis and hip tail bone I was paralyzed from the waist down for 4 days bed bond and now I can walk now.thanksful to God
I have fibromyalgia and this helps a LOAD with my hip pain. Thank you!
Omg I woke up my left hip flexor was completely locked and I was limping. My leg feels so numb. But I just did this and I instantly felt relief. I’m 29 and used to be very active. I never had that type of locking pain ever. Thank you so much still very tight but I can already tell this is helping. Going to do it again tomorrow thank you so much
This is the most pain free I’ve been in a while, I wish I would have seen this sooner
Amazing!!
Love the exercise....but I LOVE the fact that Bob corrected Brad's use of the word "lay" (down)
Bob is correct, the word is "lie" down!!!
Yea!!!.....almost everyone uses the incorrect word
---The Grammar Police
Americans make this mistake but much less so with the Brits and other English speakers. Actually, even non-English speakers use it correctly because they actually study grammar. Americans also don’t use past perfect tenses like have swum and have drunk. I notice that Americans are triggered to anger when their English is being corrected. It’s like they do not want to improve and prefer to be mediocre and sloppy. I speak multiple languages and it’s not the case for people speaking in other languages, where they appreciate being corrected and want to strive for excellence.
Yes! Bob obviously had a great English teacher in 7’th grade, where they usually hammer grammar into you! A true blessing!
I really appreciate Bob and Brad's attention to using 'lie/lay'. They set a great example for being open to learning and changing.
How about the 99% who use ' scared ', a noun, in place of ' afraid ', an adjective.
@@roncadorette9907 Scared is an adjective.
You guys have always been more helpful than any doctor I’ve visited, thanks for all you do!
These guys have helped me with stress relief and injuries thru the past few years.....im so thankful for them💙
asn
That worked!!!! Amazing!!!! My left hip has been giving me grief for several years, and I just did this stretch, instant relief! Thank you!
The ‘Ernie and Bert’ of physios! Great work guys, very helpful and entertaining too! 👍🏻
Couldn't said it better 😂
That's what I think!😊💕🇺🇸
True!
I was JUST thinking that, looking at them, lol!
that's me tryn I’m afraid I have no idea what you’re talking about.
I tried this. I can feel the difference in my hip. It worked. Amazing! Thank you.
🙋🤸😀
God has a place in heaven for you two awesome healers! Thank you so much for this from an old soccer dad coach who always has this issue from trying to keep up with the kids. lol
If they accept & believe in Jesus Christ then for sure! 😃
Thank you!
omg.... 🤯 I can't believe the instant relief I got from such a simple gentle stretch!!! thank you so much!
You two gents may have just saved my life. I love you for this.
You gentlemen are my heroes. Thank you so much for this video - it has fixed my hips, and got me back up and running. I can't thank you enough!
I am in LOVE with this channel! I’m a dancer and these videos have helped me with so much pain, sincerely just thank you!
Just did this before a workout and it worked wonders! I felt the difference immediately!
Actually did something, my feet got warm. And it feels more relaxed in the flexors. Thanks! Earned a subscribe!
I get the feeling these guys roll in after a few cocktails, and say “alright let make a video Bob! “, “HELL YES, BRAD!” Love it!
Female in my 30’s
The pain has been effecting my lower back.
Not anymore.
Y’all have convinced me I need to get a referral to a physical therapist.
You just performed a miracle for me. My right hip hurts so very bad every night. This stretch was wonderful, thanks!
T f
But like I said, this REALLY lessened the tightness and would highly recommend.
Yes, and strengthening your glutes!
Thanks guys. Every time someone complains of a pain I tell them to look you up. All the best from Canada
Fantastic, this works, just tried it, felt the release of soreness in my flexors immediately. Thanks soooo much.
fabulous stretch guys - really loosened up my hips
I’ve been having excruciating pain in my left hip for years n specialist says hip replacement in 5 years. But it feels like tendon or muscle not bone. Glad I found this n gonna try for a while. Hoping for relief.
I felt wonderful after trying this, as facing alot of pain in my hip joints as well spasm in my legs. Thanks guys 👍
