This is what we need. Terminator two finished story. What was needed next was a pre-sequel telling us the how humans won the war in the future they stopped.

You sometime forget just how good the Terminator theme music is and how iconic it is. And also just how good the first two films are. Masterpieces compared to later ones.
The newest one is more in the vein of the first two as I have seen it but I am not giving spoilers about John at one point in the movie. You will have to watch it to find out about that scene.

The first time i sat my eyes on the Terminator 1984 version,i felt something in my blood,i knew we were dead,i even said it 2 my friends,they took me 4 being with phobia, but i knew i felt something.I still watch the movie even 2day trying to figure out what is it that i felt,nd i still feel it, it's AI.

Why does everyone always forget how Cameron showed the future in the first 2 movies? Wasn't everything blue? So follow the same line! at night and blue!
Loved the blue lightning throughout the second film. It still makes the movie look so surreal and amazing, even now. James definitely took inspiration from Kubrick.
The blue lighting in T2 was used to show a character being cold and robotic(even humans). When the alternative orange lighting was used it was to show characters being humane(even terminators)
@@fawshaw3361 I mean the future, where it was seen at night, and blue, only the first 3 movies respect that future (including T3, which is not from Cameron, but has an excellent intro from the future, respecting Cameron's vision) the others, they showed a future of "day" as salvation, which was nothing like the first 3, and in dark fate, the future of "legion" was also day with the same tone of salvation, again they made the same mistake, apparently they are colorblind

@@fawshaw3361 the same, it's also good to add a bit of blue to night scenes, in terminator 3 for example, the other movies don't make sense anymore, because the truth is that they were all failures... if they make another one, they shouldn't forget those details...

Seriously jhon conner is the definition of the grandfather paradox in time travel. And with the variations of the skynet timeline are they all still occurring or linked together with sky net.
I always wondered how anything was left to defend if all the nuclear weapons were launched.
Because a lot of military assets and essential infrastructure are underground or underwater and would be safe from nearby nuke blasts. They have lots of stores and equipment stashed away so they can live on after the civilians are dead and gone. I doubt any nations aimed their now old nuclear arsenals aimed at the oceans so more modern military and private infrastructure is probably in the ocean or under lakes etc.

Not anymore. They made the decision to having all military systems connected to internet server. All military systems were linked together into one gigantic network. Skynet travelled through all connection dots, infecting therefor all military systems and in the process taking full control over them
@Cyanwasserstoff oh okay so instead of having Skynet send codes and other stuff for the people in the missile silo to launch the nuke, they just bypassed that with Skynet. I was always confused about that. Well, now I know, thank you. Let's make sure not to do that with real AI systems.

We gotta change Skynets awareness date. We live in 2023. No bombs fell. Much newer technology since 1997. Had the newer vehicles of today in pics which are only a few years old and wasnt heard of back in 97 where anything man made has stopped. All those happy pictures of the past... what of the homeless? The oppressed? Didnt show those. We went into destruction bc everything wasn't as pleasant as it claims.
