- We have made it to Italy! Leaving Greece was hard, but we know we'll be back one day. But we can't stay too sad after checking into the coolest, luxury Italian Trullo here in Alberobello! This traditional style tiny home here in Puglia is amazing! Alberobello is covered in Trulli, and we take you on a full tour of our very own in today's video!

Puglia is the best ! don't miss out on Matera, Bari (oldtown), Polignano al mare, Monopoli, and the beaches, like sant' andrea, or the whole "italian maldives" part. btw, the pasta you ate is called Orecchiete, and it's typical of the region. If you walk in the old town of Bari, you'll spot some italian grandmas making them by hand.
I want to go and stay in a Tullo!! That definitely one of my dreams! I will get there someday forsure!

OMGoodness so close to Sicily. You need to go there, either by fairy or fly in to Catania. Climb Mt. Etna, swim in the Mediterranean, go to Palermo, Malta( that's where I lived when stationed there). Go to the ruins, so much to see in such a small country.

Italian food has always been my all time favorite, so just looking at what you ordered had me salivating! I think I mentioned on an instagram video that I have come to love narrow streets, even with steps, and no cars. Can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring!

My only recommendation is Lake Garda. We went there once and it was so beautiful. There is a restaurant there that literally hangs over a cliff, if you can cope with heights it is an amazing experience

Oh wow that is an amazing place to stay and when you threw your hat up Dan I couldnt believe how far it went, I thought for sure they had made a false ceiling. Very pretty area and food looked delicious. I went skiing with my school to Piancavallo when i was a teenager, so thats the only area of Italy i have been too xx
Your Trollope is adorable. You have found so many wonderful places to stay. I have not been to Italy in years. But I remember having wonderful chicken parm and something that had the pine (sp) nuts. Oh and the cookies with them yummy. The fresh Italian bread and butter. Fresh tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and oil. Yummy I do not think you will go wrong with any of the food. My favorite was Venice. I would love to go back. Have fun and be safe.

I have been to every single place on the surface of that country , I just love it. In puglia, I would recommend people to get a boat on Santa Maria di Leuca and most importantly to just “get lost” on all the little villages, each and every single one of them are worth it. I also really enjoyed a class an Italian “nonna” gave me and my family about how to make pasta .
