Starch can absorb the moisture from the surface of chicken when it's dredged. . And make it more crunchy when it7s flied. That's what i think...Do not believe everything I said here.

Italian Basil would be ok But if you use basil, maybe you want to use some tomato sauce or demiglace instead of daikon & ponzu sauce.

Just a tip, since making custard pudding is kind of hard, that if you whisk the eggs quickly as you start pouring in the hot cream/milk you won't have to strain it since you won't have any cooked bits. Also, whisking a bit of sugar into the eggs until it's dissolved (and you can't feel the grains of sugar if you rub some between your fingers) gives it a really nice creamy texture. Thanks for the video, I'll have to try the curry wings sometime!

I think that what do your videos really good to watch is first the presentation. It is well prepared, and I see that you take your time to plan and film your cooking. Second, the taste part is really enjoyable, I really like when you eat what you have done and see stars in your eyes. Finally, your kindness is really appreciable. Well, I really like you and your cooking videos, continue like that ;)!
