Is it possible to eliminate all darts ,especially in the case of making a cowl neck top/dress ?.
Yes it is there are ( dart less blocks ) for casual or loose fitting garments/ designs. Also blocks with darts can be used to achieve cowl necklines.
@@mercyadamsinseams Thank you very much ma'am
Beautiful
Please do you have online classes
Thank you. Online classes are coming soon. I will post updates as soon as they become available
I love it already. Waiting for the 2nd part. Meanwhile how did you determine the crotch extension ( front)? You said you divided your hip measurement by 16 to get 2.5". My question - where's the 16 from ? 🙏🏼
The 16” is a method I use to determine the crotch extension for loose fitting pants. It’s usually hips divided by 14,16 or 18” based on how loose you want the thighs to fit. 14” being the loosest and so on.
@@mercyadamsinseams Ohh 😊😊 Thanks a lot for your response. That crotch area is reason I don't do pants, I never get it right. 😀 Great learning tip. 👍🏼🙏🏼
Thank you everything you do. Can you please make a tutorial on how to draft a PANT/TROUSER?
