When drafting a pattern and using a seam allowance of 1inch, how many centimetres allowance do you then sew with in a case that you use a sewing machine that has a plate markings of centimetres and not inches. It's normal, the back is usually bigger at the side seams and the waist line is usually higher up at the centre back.... that's if I understand you correctly.
So what to do if ypure going to the bathroom?

Congratulations!
This jumpsuit is actually for a pregnant woman, so it should work for you as well. Just make sure you use the person's pregnant waist circumference and add a lot of allowance.
You may also add few inches to the waist measurement and put an elastic at the waistline for more room and comfort.
You can also consider using a slightly stretchy fabric.
