This is one of my favorite games. I've been playing it on my Series X and I'm really impressed at how well they managed to get this to look and run on the Switch. They did a great job.
I like how I found you as the Atelier Switch reviewer and over the time of me watching you you've gone totally into these offroad simulators. Such an eclectic mix of games, I find great stuff through you. Keep up the great work
The lack of money I found makes each truck you buy an investment and especially at the beginning it makes you save and work towards that new truck that you want. Then if you don’t like it they made the buy and sell values identical so you don’t lose any money unless you are playing on hard mode. As someone who has 100% the base game I can’t recommend this enough.
It's so much fun just derping around, especially with the newer ground textures and how it responds to the way we play. "Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads!"
So, it is compatible with the Hori Steering Wheel Pro Deluxe. The red Mario Kart themed one they made specifically for the Switch. www.bestbuy.com/site/nintendo-switch-mario-kart-racing-wheel-pro-deluxe-by-hori-red/6451074.p?skuId=6451074 Though that is how that wheel works. It essentially works with every game with sensitivity settings meant to simulate a turning steering wheel when you use it. You just gotta watch out for gas and brakes as the pedals don’t have sensitivity like a real pedal would. Barely touching the gas and putting it to the floor both do max acceleration. I’m gonna make a video or review on that sometime soon as I’m still testing around with it. But essentially, yes. Hori’s Steering Wheel Pro Deluxe will work with Snow Runner.
@@Reviews2Go tried with pxn v900 and it's working perfectly, too. Noticed the same thing with the pedal, not sure if it's just me tho. Will play around it a bit more and will provide update
Have you tried it using steering wheel? How to use right analog on streering wheel? Been using steering and gamepad for the right analog back and forth..frustating
Snowrunner on Switch has a massive problem that has your trucks disappearing once your savefile grows to big that still is not fixed: forums.focus-home.com/topic/61338/four-trucks-disappeared
Mud and Snowrunner aren't comparable with other truck games. This is more a offroad simulation. The enemy is the nature, not the monotone driving on a highway. You need alot of concetration to get from point a to b. I guess the appeal itself is as exsample how you fight nature in its purest form. For me it's driving itself but i don't think that my opinion is important here, because i am a petrolhead and love to drive in every game. But for most people this has a zen like status. I don't know why, because it's pretty stressfull in a way, but it's also fun and a good challenge.
Great game, but IT IS A TICKING TIME BOMB. After about 100-200 hours of game time, the game will inevitably start to crash every 5-10 minutes, rendering the game unplayable. There are no reliable workarounds. The developers know about this issue and said that they are working on a patch. It's been almost a year since this problem has been brought to their attention and they're still working on a patch. Basically since this isn't a mainstream game like Cyberpunk or Call of Duty, there isn't much backlash, so they don't feel the need to fix it. Stay away.

How does this video not have 100k views, the explanation and editing is really good you need more views and subs

Game looks actually pretty good for the Nintendo Switch
Really nice review. Thanks for taking the time to make it.
Great and informative review bro! Def getting this soon!
Didn't know u can zoom in, Preciate the info, Good Vid.
I really enjoyed your stream of this game last week. Helped alot with my needle-phobia while I was donating plasma. Lol
Can you save at any point? An hour long trek to haul a truck is ok but I may need to stop in the middle and continue later
Any idea if this game is compatible with a steering wheel accessory for switch?

Great review as always. But I just don't understand the appeal of these truck simulation games
