I started with the spectra but this is a pretty good pump. It is way more gentle and just as effective as the highly recommended spectra. A couple of things I don't like...The flange inserts are not clear so you can't see if you centered your nipple correctly. And there is no timer. I always forget to check time before I start. Other than that, I'll be using this pump.
I paid extra for the bag and cooler. The deluxe and deluxe plus (the ones with bags/coolers) aren't completely covered by insurance. They cost about 25-50 dollars out of pocket, but definitely worth it.

Cause they put on prednisone. I wasn’t allowed. I rented this pump to keep my milk up. What a picture
