Hoe do I calculate the force needed by the bicep is the forearm is not at a 90 degree angle

Ok I am not sure of this but I will answer since nobody did in 3 years.
You basically do the same except for the mechanical advantage, but when u get the Force BB you multiply by the sin(x).
      Why?
Because when it's at 90 degrees the torque will be the maximum(sin(pi/2)=0) and if you move upwards the force will be smaller but the angle bigger, while if u move downwards the force will be smaller and so the angle as well.
This also depends on the angle the exercise gives you and if it is at equilibrium.
