As a DPT myself, I deeply appreciate how you explained the sequence and muscle activation in this video! Thank you so much!
Well presented! Thank you for the explanation I was looking for, really loved this excellent video.
Brilliant video. So easy to take in information the way you present it. Are there plans to do similar videos on the gait cycle or step up? I've had a look through the channel but couldn't find anything, sorry if it's already been covered. Thanks again for the content
Loved it!! Thanks for explaining
Very helpful! Thank you~
Thank you for putting this up
Very helpful , thank you. 👍🏻
Thank you so much 😊
Great video sir... Thank you so much.😍
Brilliant video
Thanks alot for your great efforts
This is beautiful
Amazing video.. could you do something about step-up too?
Amazing
Thanks for the explanation, loved this info!
You're very welcome!
Great video! Thank you for the simple explanation!
Could you also do a similar video for ascending and descending stairs?
Amazing video! This is a lifesaver for Physio final exam. Thank you so much!
Thank you! Glad this helped.
Hi, do you have a playlist with biomechanics/kinesiology/movement analysis? thank you!
Tank you for sharing, well presented. Do you have any references on your material?
Very Nice Video, would be great if you could share the resources you used for making the same.
I know this is an older video but hopefully you still see this. For the foot shift after the initial flexion phase, what would be the difference if the knees or body were shifted forward so that the feet are shifted 10 cm back while staying stationary. Would that be basically the same thing?
Is there any way I can access those EMG graphs?
Phenomenal video, loved the insight! What study did you use the EMG data from?
Thank you! For whatever reason, I'm not able to access it at this time, but it is definitely Khemlani, 1999; and I think the exact article is "Muscle Synergies and Joint Linkages in Sit-To-Stand Under Two Initial Foot Positions".
Can anyone tell me , where exactly is the centre of mass in sitting position ?
Can you explain why to this question. When I sit for 5-10 min my lower back locks up, then I have this hunch to my back until I walk bit then the pain goes away. I currently have a pain my left hip and I have lower left back pain. Are they connected?
Is there a primary source? I went to one that I thought was it but didn't find the graphs showing the activity of the different muscles
Really cool video! What primary sources did you use? (struggling student please help)
