I can't figure it out. I'm a 45 year old American. I was around before the Internet and we were taught way back then that the Queen's guard and all of the soldiers were there doing a job and not for entertainment. There’s these quite large groups of people so near to them…it’s really hard to fathom how this is allowed! Surely they’re should be some kind of barrier to stop people getting so damn close!
