I started doing higher-order learning after your videos just as an experiment. It was really hard to let go of detailed notes as I was afraid that I will forget everything. But I eventually really tried to use a couple of words and mostly doodles on a mindmap and really think about connections/relationships & patterns. At first, it took me quite a lot of time but as I did more of that, my brain started getting used to this type of thinking. Long story short, I literally didn't even try that hard and definitely didn't spend lots of hours studying, and got 95/100 on my first calc midterm. So thank you, Justin, you opened a whole new world for me!
@Mindychen8 hey, I didn't have to take calc but I used it for physics. You do the same for math. Math is just concepts that you put numbers to. If you understand the concept of whatever you are learning you know what is given in a word problem is important. I believe Math tries to force you to understand this by adding things to a problem that you don't need just so you really understand what is being asked. Concept first then plug in numbers
Pretty notes overwhelm me more, because I have a messy way of taking notes which I know works and when I'm trying to take the notes I keep thinking about how to make them pretty. The extra thought of trying to make it look nice is so much more overwhelming than the process of learning to me. The moment you accept that no one will look at your notes anyways is so freeing and they do what they need to do for you.

People did this with bullet journals. The sub reddit just ended up with people with "pretty" journals instead of actually use the bullet journal to stop procrastinating. It was ironic and idiotic.
I agree with this. Although to be fair it might be a therapeutic process to somewhat mindlessly draw or colour over things aside from making it just look “pretty”
I'm glad that I never fell onto the bullet journal and aesthetic note taking trends. I'm a graphic designer by day (+ years of experience as an artist/illustrator) and student by night yet I personally don't see the benefits of all that if you're just... taking notes. The only benefit I could think of-as someone else already pointed out-is if you're looking for something therapeutic to do AND you have a lot of time to do that, which is something not a lot of students have. Sometimes you should prioritize efficiency over aesthetic, but that's just my opinion and what works for me
Pretty notes always worked for me because they were a good way to keep me engaged. I would always take messy notes in class and rewrote them at home to make them pretty. It actually helped me organize my thoughts and stay interested because I’m a creative minded person with ADHD so I could never get myself to revise my notes before I started making them pleasing to the eye.
I love that Justin's videos use the words "thinking" and "thought" so often. I've noticed that often people are looking for study strategies that will help them learn without having to think or make connections.

You basically described me at the beginning, I've always been the perfectionist and slowly I've realized it hasn't benefited me at all. I write pretty notes giving me the illusion that I'm being so productive and studying for hours, i used to think so closed mindedly. I've realized that what's the point of the number of hours I'm studying or the pretty notes I've made that are basically like an extract from the actual study text?? what's the point when I don't know the content thoroughly or when I haven't genuinely learned anything?? These these just make me think I'm studying when I'm actually not and just wasting my time, as you said- being a passive learner. Thank you so much, i desparately needed this reality check from someone and you couldn't explain it any better!
I've wasted so much time in the past trying to colour-code and make my notes neat when I almost never go back and actually read them. It's the process of making them that is useful for me. I love flow charts and diagrams for this reason and then become an active exercise. I do however, still like using colours as a visual aid
i think when you correct your notes many times, and think them through, you appreciate them far more! much more than having linear notes you hardly know :-)

I’ve learned that it’s best follow your brain’s curiosity and answer questions that you have and you’ll retain the information. Even if it’s different from the class you will have a stronger understanding of the concept.
The best way to take notes for me is mind mapping, Cornell method , or annotating on professors slides. I did this and was able to focus on the info and organize it

I think the most important thing for me is to understand that the main purpose of studying is the organisation of the given Material in a way that makes sense to my brain. It took me a long time to get this. In some way we have to play Compiler to a foreign language. First translate the material into syntax and semantics you understand and then check if there are any Problems during runtime.
YES! I have been doing this without even knowing it. When I encounter something new, I learn it first. Then, once I understand it enough, I begin taking notes (at school). After getting all of my thoughts out, I will come back later and rewrite the notes in a more organized manner (At home). Simply transferring your professors slides/textbook into your notebook doesn't help you much. You need to digest it first, which helps you decide what to write down, and what to not. I recommend having 2 notebooks for every class. One to brainstorm ideas, and one to write your final notes in.
I was the type of student who would want neat and aesthetic notes in order to study well cause im sort of a perfectionist and a neat freak but overtime I realized just writing information without actually having the time to learn it feels overwhelming and all. I was actually afraid of the mind mapping trick cause maybe I would lose track of things but Im definitely trying this new method and see if I have improvements!

Well, my notes are cognitively great as well as look visually stunning. Even though I know that I could probably do more in less time I’m stubborn to do it my way. I think thoroughly about how I organise my notes and in the time that I colour things I think about and recapitalise my notes again. For me that’s what works best. Then again, I don’t mind to take twice as long as others. I’m in medschool in Germany and I’m one of the best, if not the best student. All I want to say is that different things work for different people, but if you want to learn the most efficient way the described one is the way to go. My way is just the most effective for me :)
1. Consuming information 2. Track your thoughts on a mind map (organize) and think about the pieces of information you've learned to improve your memory (relationships/understanding). 3. Improve notes (redo your mind map but this time in a more organized way for relationships)
Engage your brain, use your brain when learning (don't be distracted or just writing notes for the sake for writing notes (you have to think about it)) Summary: Start messy and think about the pieces of information you've consumed, then clean it up. (It helps with memory & understanding)
Actually in starting of my 11th grade i used to perform a similar technique of rough mindmapping but seeing others around me makes me feel its inefficient & not useful so i dropped that idea , but after your video i'm gonna continue that ... Thanks 😊

Thank you so much for this video! Love that you not only talked about the video's purpose but also gave a guided walkthrough, step by step on what you were doing and why.! I also remember from a previous Mind-map video that your first mind-map should be a rough draft. Makes sense since in this video people are too attached to pretty notes. Do your mindmap as a 'rough draft' and since your brain is making connections (which your mindmap should be a reflection of whats going on in your mind) and then the 2nd draft would be the prettier, organized note sheet. Love it!
I would generally write extremely messy notes (to get something down on paper) and sometimes with my eyes closed. I felt this method allowed me to rely on a sort of visualization that increased my understanding of the problems I was working on; I have done well in engineering using it.

I didn't even know that this was a really a method all along but I've been studying this way and believe me it's a superb way to study as well as to remember a particular concept. Doodles, diagrams and Flowcharts really helps to understand a difficult topics. It really saves your valuable time and grasp more information in less time. Loved this video. ❤
I was trying to study antibiotics too. Personally ppl put so much emphasis on memorization that i was unsure if we could use the approach you usually mention. Im glad that doubt was cleared up a bit
Hey Justin I have been watching your videos and i have notice that the best approach to math according to Bloom's taxonomy would be to create our own questions and solving it which would enable us to connect it to our prior knowledge and make it more relevant. Since, creating our hypothesis enable us to evaluate information automatically at higher order .👍👍
Mad respect to those who actually have pretty notes and learn from them. I think it's different from person to person. Personally, I like a very organized notes, like super black and white text with bullet points, but that's because it's straight to the point and I can highlight to whenever I wanted to. Pretty notes have the added perk of readability and easier to remember stuff, (visuals help me memorize) but I just can't spend time making the title page look fancy and well designed. Function over form.
Done with undergrad and noticed my note-taking process is a lot like this now and it evolved from an unlikely place… I picked up piano my senior year and it made me think about how I process large amounts of information and make sense of it in the big picture (ex: hundreds of notes -> music)
I did this by accident once when I was having a mental breakdown bc I didn’t understand the pathways in some cell bio class and I created this messy map and then it FINALLY MADE SENSE. I started doing this with everything and even used a big white board sometimes to organize all these pathways and connections in my head and I do this with almost everything now

Please, a video about how to do procedural learning. Or how to deal with numbers and equations in mindmaps and how to do mindmaps for problem specific subjects like physics or math
Physics is just concepts with numbers. For example if an object is static you have to know whatever force is being applied to an object and equal and opposite force is taken place. If you get a number higher or lower then it has to be wrong. Understanding the concept of the subject is much more valuable. Try doing word problems without numbers. I believe numbers distract people because they use them to just plug and chug and hope to get the right answer. Understanding why acceleration has specific units is important. Use the mind map for the concepts and then practice problems after.
I usually pick a marker and colored pen with the same colour, and that's as aesthetic as it gets lol just the combo and good paper is enough to please the eye but is not distracting either.
I used to take a lot of notes in uni when I listened lectors. The thing is, there weren't recordings or books or preprinted notes, which is why I wrote everything down. And when I came home, I used to color my notes and draw maps of them to better understand ideas, priorities, connections e.t.c. The result looked pretty for me, but idk. I wouldn't bother with it if it didn't help me to remember everything
Iam watching ur videos from so 3:44 long time but ur videos about learning is very efficient can make difference in ones learning ability maximum amount of people learn just through low level of learning understanding and remembering but after some time they forget and struggle to relearn and rereading I'm also one of this people just learning through low order learning but when I'm starting implementing high order learning it's makes drastic improvement in my learning Thank you dr justin for helping lot of students
Just a personal thought, if you wanna try digital note taking but feel like the hand writing is weird or it suck, turn off the dynamic pen thickness function which they sens the pressure of the pen. This actually motivated me a lot afterwards.
I just took a microbiology class in spring. It's so satisfying to understand these terms and what they actually mean. I also found a few gaps in my knowledge, and thought of a few new ways I can go fill those gaps! Brb I'm gonna go draw some comics about cell wall inhibitors and their different mechanisms

Avoid skipping the step of processing information while taking notes. Spend time cleaning up and organizing your notes for better understanding. Engage in trial and error to build a conceptual web of knowledge. Start with messy notes and progressively clean them up for deeper learning.
I am a very average student who somehow passed school. I've never actually taken any effort to study everyday. I took an effort to study only when we had board exams. I learnt how to study from study with me vlogs on UA-cam and at that time pretty notes were all the rage. I still use pretty notes, but I am never able to retain whatever I learn that way. Now I know why. I've been struggling with this for so long!!

Thank you for that vid. Had this experience with pretty notes. I tried to make a clear clean mindmap on paper and then remember it in my mind, instead of using mindmaping on paper as a tool to develope a mindmap in mind. Learnd so much from that vid. Thank you very much
I was a bit afraid that I was probably too fussy about my mindmaps that I continuously make it neat for clarity's sake but I realized that my mindmaps also do start very messy 😂. I strongly agree on the cleaning and reorganizing part of mindmapping helped improve memory of the content. I remember that during exams I would visualize not only the final placement of key terms and icons on my mindmap but how I deliberately chose to organize and represent these things through trial and error.
I wish I learned such technique 20 years ago. My notes from university lectures were terrible and non-readable, and I was always ashamed looking at neat notes of others.

I promise you that you can have organised notes (pretty?) and still score good. Here’s the thing, just listen very carefully in class so that half of everything you understand in the class itself and then you revise at home it becomes fully understood and then do absurd amounts of practice questions. Seriously your notes have to legible and organised in a manner that you understand that’s all. But please do spend more time on practice questions, it’s going to help you save time,
I mean there's nothing wrong with taking pretty notes after you capture the important stuff first. I just think that pretty notes are satisfying! So long as it does not affect your learning then I guess it's fine!
Great video. These YT videos really add to the course material. Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall the course videos saying make messy mindmaps and then clean them up. I have picked a few good tips from these YT videos that help me understand the course material better.
Justin, you're literally a life changer. I just have one question. I see how this works when studying concepts, but how can this be applied to history related subjects????
Just my personal thing, but I remembered history a lot better when I understood the context of things. Getting background and understanding makes things fit together like puzzle pieces. If I tried to just learn "The Cold War started in 1947" that would fall out of my head so fast. But if I learn that the Cold War began in the fallout of WWII where the US and Europe wanted to contain the Soviet Union and the spread of communism, then I know it's going to be around the mid 40's. And every progressive step of that conflict makes sense because history all comes down to cause and effect. For Example: North America and Western made NATO to bind the participating countries into an alliance, largely as defense against the Soviet Union's spread of Communism. SU was like, yeah I don't know about *that* and made their own pact (Warsaw Pact) with communist nations in return. Cause: Nato -- Effect: Warsaw Pact... Then that had the effect of solidifying the divide between the eastern western "blocs" of Europe which resulted in things like the Berlin wall. Wanna remember when the Berlin wall fell? Well cause and effect works. BUT you can also remember what was happening at the time. Just look at some pictures of people tearing down the wall and see the totally fierce late 80s/early 90s clothing and you'll definitely remember when it happened. Cheeky example, but it works.
Not sure if I get it right .. but the whole idea is that note taking should be about creating a small concept map and all the other details of a textbook will fit in. It is not an easy thing to do because we can have a lot of concepts and never know which one is more important than the other to be added to our notes .. this is where I get lost and I end up adding too many details to my notes .. “Bad habbits die hard” RS.
I agree with the idea of learning, but as i'm going to have psychology lessons, there are many terminologies that i'm not familiar with. So i'm quite anxious that i skip the definition of these terms and want to highlight them all and jot them down. my Q is how the mind map helps to deal with it? becoz this method seems to suits those who are familiar with the terms and make a connection with the ideas/concepts, what shd I do if I'm no familiar with them at first?
How would you approach learning the individual names of the antibiotics after creating the mindmap? A lot of my medical school exams expect us to have that level of understanding but also ask us first-order questions where we need to memorize little details like the names of all the third-gen cephalosporins.
Long time paramedic on this one - often drug name endings help a LOT. Beta blockers are usually lols, etc. I'll admit I don't have as good a grasp on my antibiotics, but there may be similar patterns in generic names. This is also why PDRs and UpToDate exist - which doesn't help you with exams, of course, but does help with knowing that even "great doctors" need references. Sorry I can't be more helpful - good luck!
hmm just throwing it out, i agree on making things too complicated for learning, especially when trying to beautify it, perhaps, maybe the use case, for such would be the [ 5min recollection and do other things ] moment, for your brain to subconsciously reconsolidate for later retrieval. this creates a [ needed gap ] , [ allows your other muscles or things to move] and [distracts ] away. It works in tangem with the curve and creates for web ?

The thing I’m worried about messy notes is, I would not be able to understand it later on, due to the lack of concepts and little information that are actually significant. It looks like you feel overwhelmed by all these categories. Go slowly. Learning is NOT easy, it is not supposed to be easy. You need to elaborate ways to categorise all these things into new categories that make sense to you. If its hard to remember, your brain does not have anything to latch these information on yet. fix that and you will be fine

I forgot it's name, but I downloaded it and I was lost on how to use it like you use it and stuck to notability/goodnotes and procreate (experimented around) and it was so hard, because those are not endless canvases. 0:17 I love seeing aesthetic notes and I’ve been inspired by them but the ones that were the most inspiring were the ones where each color/symbol etc actually had a specific meaning/function.
I think the most important thing for me is to understand that the main purpose of studying is the organisation of the given Material in a way that makes sense to my brain. It took me a long time to get this. In some way we have to play Compiler to a foreign language. First translate the material into syntax and semantics you understand and then check if there are any Problems during runtime.
YES! I have been doing this without even knowing it. When I encounter something new, I learn it first. Then, once I understand it enough, I begin taking notes (at school). After getting all of my thoughts out, I will come back later and rewrite the notes in a more organized manner (At home). Simply transferring your professors slides/textbook into your notebook doesn't help you much. You need to digest it first, which helps you decide what to write down, and what to not. I recommend having 2 notebooks for every class. One to brainstorm ideas, and one to write your final notes in.
I was the type of student who would want neat and aesthetic notes in order to study well cause im sort of a perfectionist and a neat freak but overtime I realized just writing information without actually having the time to learn it feels overwhelming and all. I was actually afraid of the mind mapping trick cause maybe I would lose track of things but Im definitely trying this new method and see if I have improvements!

Well, my notes are cognitively great as well as look visually stunning. Even though I know that I could probably do more in less time I’m stubborn to do it my way.
I think thoroughly about how I organise my notes and in the time that I colour things I think about and recapitalise my notes again. For me that’s what works best.
Then again, I don’t mind to take twice as long as others.
I’m in medschool in Germany and I’m one of the best, if not the best student.
All I want to say is that different things work for different people, but if you want to learn the most efficient way the described one is the way to go. My way is just the most effective for me :)

2. Track your thoughts on a mind map (organize) and think about the pieces of information you've learned to improve your memory (relationships/understanding).
3. Improve notes (redo your mind map but this time in a more organized way for relationships)
Engage your brain, use your brain when learning (don't be distracted or just writing notes for the sake for writing notes (you have to think about it))
Summary: Start messy and think about the pieces of information you've consumed, then clean it up. (It helps with memory & understanding)

Actually in starting of my 11th grade i used to perform a similar technique of rough mindmapping but seeing others around me makes me feel its inefficient & not useful so i dropped that idea , but after your video i'm gonna continue that ... Thanks 😊

I also remember from a previous Mind-map video that your first mind-map should be a rough draft. Makes sense since in this video people are too attached to pretty notes. Do your mindmap as a 'rough draft' and since your brain is making connections (which your mindmap should be a reflection of whats going on in your mind) and then the 2nd draft would be the prettier, organized note sheet.

I would generally write extremely messy notes (to get something down on paper) and sometimes with my eyes closed. I felt this method allowed me to rely on a sort of visualization that increased my understanding of the problems I was working on; I have done well in engineering using it.

I didn't even know that this was a really a method all along but I've been studying this way and believe me it's a superb way to study as well as to remember a particular concept. Doodles, diagrams and Flowcharts really helps to understand a difficult topics. It really saves your valuable time and grasp more information in less time. Loved this video. ❤
I was trying to study antibiotics too. Personally ppl put so much emphasis on memorization that i was unsure if we could use the approach you usually mention.

I have been watching your videos and i have notice that the best approach to math according to Bloom's taxonomy would be to create our own questions and solving it which would enable us to connect it to our prior knowledge and make it more relevant.

Mad respect to those who actually have pretty notes and learn from them. I think it's different from person to person. Personally, I like a very organized notes, like super black and white text with bullet points, but that's because it's straight to the point and I can highlight to whenever I wanted to. Pretty notes have the added perk of readability and easier to remember stuff, (visuals help me memorize) but I just can't spend time making the title page look fancy and well designed. Function over form.
My method is i take messy notes during class, then rewrite them neatly later so that i can study them easily for exams and tests.
Done with undergrad and noticed my note-taking process is a lot like this now and it evolved from an unlikely place… I picked up piano my senior year and it made me think about how I process large amounts of information and make sense of it in the big picture (ex: hundreds of notes -> music)

I did this by accident once when I was having a mental breakdown bc I didn’t understand the pathways in some cell bio class and I created this messy map and then it FINALLY MADE SENSE. I started doing this with everything and even used a big white board sometimes to organize all these pathways and connections in my head and I do this with almost everything now

Please, a video about how to do procedural learning. Or how to deal with numbers and equations in mindmaps and how to do mindmaps for problem specific subjects like physics or math
Physics is just concepts with numbers. For example if an object is static you have to know whatever force is being applied to an object and equal and opposite force is taken place. If you get a number higher or lower then it has to be wrong. Understanding the concept of the subject is much more valuable. Try doing word problems without numbers. I believe numbers distract people because they use them to just plug and chug and hope to get the right answer. Understanding why acceleration has specific units is important. Use the mind map for the concepts and then practice problems after.
I usually pick a marker and colored pen with the same colour, and that's as aesthetic as it gets lol just the combo and good paper is enough to please the eye but is not distracting either.

I used to take a lot of notes in uni when I listened lectors. The thing is, there weren't recordings or books or preprinted notes, which is why I wrote everything down. And when I came home, I used to color my notes and draw maps of them to better understand ideas, priorities, connections e.t.c. The result looked pretty for me, but idk. I wouldn't bother with it if it didn't help me to remember everything

Iam watching ur videos from so 3:44 long time but ur videos about learning is very efficient can make difference in ones learning ability maximum amount of people learn just through low level of learning understanding and remembering but after some time they forget and struggle to relearn and rereading I'm also one of this people just learning through low order learning but when I'm starting implementing high order learning it's makes drastic improvement in my learning

Just a personal thought, if you wanna try digital note taking but feel like the hand writing is weird or it suck, turn off the dynamic pen thickness function which they sens the pressure of the pen. This actually motivated me a lot afterwards.
I just took a microbiology class in spring. It's so satisfying to understand these terms and what they actually mean. I also found a few gaps in my knowledge, and thought of a few new ways I can go fill those gaps!

I am a very average student who somehow passed school. I've never actually taken any effort to study everyday. I took an effort to study only when we had board exams. I learnt how to study from study with me vlogs on UA-cam and at that time pretty notes were all the rage. I still use pretty notes, but I am never able to retain whatever I learn that way. Now I know why. I've been struggling with this for so long!!

Thank you for that vid. Had this experience with pretty notes. I tried to make a clear clean mindmap on paper and then remember it in my mind, instead of using mindmaping on paper as a tool to develope a mindmap in mind.

I was a bit afraid that I was probably too fussy about my mindmaps that I continuously make it neat for clarity's sake but I realized that my mindmaps also do start very messy 😂.
I strongly agree on the cleaning and reorganizing part of mindmapping helped improve memory of the content. I remember that during exams I would visualize not only the final placement of key terms and icons on my mindmap but how I deliberately chose to organize and represent these things through trial and error.
I never wrote pretty notes and I got excellent grades Alhamdullilah

I promise you that you can have organised notes (pretty?) and still score good. Here’s the thing, just listen very carefully in class so that half of everything you understand in the class itself and then you revise at home it becomes fully understood and then do absurd amounts of practice questions. Seriously your notes have to legible and organised in a manner that you understand that’s all. But please do spend more time on practice questions, it’s going to help you save time,

I just have one question. I see how this works when studying concepts, but how can this be applied to history related subjects????
Just my personal thing, but I remembered history a lot better when I understood the context of things. Getting background and understanding makes things fit together like puzzle pieces. If I tried to just learn "The Cold War started in 1947" that would fall out of my head so fast. But if I learn that the Cold War began in the fallout of WWII where the US and Europe wanted to contain the Soviet Union and the spread of communism, then I know it's going to be around the mid 40's.
And every progressive step of that conflict makes sense because history all comes down to cause and effect. For Example: North America and Western made NATO to bind the participating countries into an alliance, largely as defense against the Soviet Union's spread of Communism. SU was like, yeah I don't know about *that* and made their own pact (Warsaw Pact) with communist nations in return. Cause: Nato -- Effect: Warsaw Pact... Then that had the effect of solidifying the divide between the eastern western "blocs" of Europe which resulted in things like the Berlin wall.
Wanna remember when the Berlin wall fell? Well cause and effect works. BUT you can also remember what was happening at the time. Just look at some pictures of people tearing down the wall and see the totally fierce late 80s/early 90s clothing and you'll definitely remember when it happened. Cheeky example, but it works.

Not sure if I get it right .. but the whole idea is that note taking should be about creating a small concept map and all the other details of a textbook will fit in. It is not an easy thing to do because we can have a lot of concepts and never know which one is more important than the other to be added to our notes .. this is where I get lost and I end up adding too many details to my notes .. “Bad habbits die hard” RS.
I agree with the idea of learning, but as i'm going to have psychology lessons, there are many terminologies that i'm not familiar with.
So i'm quite anxious that i skip the definition of these terms and want to highlight them all and jot them down.
my Q is how the mind map helps to deal with it? becoz this method seems to suits those who are familiar with the terms and make a connection with the ideas/concepts, what shd I do if I'm no familiar with them at first?
How would you approach learning the individual names of the antibiotics after creating the mindmap? A lot of my medical school exams expect us to have that level of understanding but also ask us first-order questions where we need to memorize little details like the names of all the third-gen cephalosporins.
Long time paramedic on this one - often drug name endings help a LOT. Beta blockers are usually lols, etc. I'll admit I don't have as good a grasp on my antibiotics, but there may be similar patterns in generic names.
This is also why PDRs and UpToDate exist - which doesn't help you with exams, of course, but does help with knowing that even "great doctors" need references.

perhaps, maybe the use case, for such would be the [ 5min recollection and do other things ] moment, for your brain to subconsciously reconsolidate for later retrieval.
this creates a [ needed gap ] , [ allows your other muscles or things to move] and [distracts ] away. It works in tangem with the curve and creates for web ?

The thing I’m worried about messy notes is, I would not be able to understand it later on, due to the lack of concepts and little information that are actually significant. This vid is pretty cool tho, I should at least skim or read the whole chapter before just writing things down. Can’t also forget about the forgetting curve :(

It looks like you feel overwhelmed by all these categories. Go slowly. Learning is NOT easy, it is not supposed to be easy. You need to elaborate ways to categorise all these things into new categories that make sense to you. If its hard to remember, your brain does not have anything to latch these information on yet. fix that and you will be fine
Justin, can you maybe make a super short tutorial for how you use this app you use? I forgot it's name, but I downloaded it and I was lost on how to use it like you use it and stuck to notability/goodnotes and procreate (experimented around) and it was so hard, because those are not endless canvases.
