We're obviously making money on them, but as we explained in different live streams and videos, this is one of the ways we can survive the biggest recession our generation has ever known. The luxury space is getting hit especially hard. At the same time, however, we're providing a unique experience for fans that they would have never had the opportunity to enjoy. This is who these prize competitions are for, not really for people who see it as something to sell a watch way above its market price. Those people shouldn't be joining the prize competitions because they don't see value in all the time we're spending with the winner, the all-expenses-paid trip to Miami, time at our store, boat, etc. Only fans would appreciate that. We also pay around 30% of the proceeds to Raffall/affiliates and charities. At the end, yes, we make a profit, but we're a business and that's what businesses need to do. Sorry for the rant, but I just wanted to clarify the above again.
I have participated in your raffles so far but wanted to know if the winnings are considered taxable. For example if someone wins a Sub do they have to pay tax on the market value of the Sub? Thanks
Hi my friend. We're not tax experts, but know that each jurisdiction is different in terms of tax reporting of prizes. If you have any concerns or doubts about the way that you should report and handle the winnings, the best option is to consult an accountant or tax advisor. 👍
Love the Friday vids!! $17.5 for Root Beer is actually a pretty great price box papers (if it’s in good shape). Retail $16.1, lowest Chrono 24 $17.9 (most >$20K)
CRM, do you (to include raffles) and disregard the hacks that think they know better or believe they should influence how you make money. You run a very creditable business based on my experiences (I personally have done deals for 3 watches with CRM). CRM is one of my favorite to do business with, good customer service and high integrity.
I like your raffle :-) I don't see anything wrong with it. Personally I don't see a raffle as "gambling". I watch your videos to learn about watches, and the other stuff is entertaining. You guys are a family selling high end watches. I don't think your channel would survive without the uh, antics? That's why i find the other popular watch seller channels boring. More power to you guys, when I win the Lotto or your raffle, gonna buy from you.
Coming to support the video and the family as always. Solid video happy December everyone at the shop. Be well be you. by the way would you like me to send you CRM cookie cutters for cookies as a gift?
Stop explaining yourself to these people fuck them !! We love the content they just mad they can’t afford these pieces mane. This coming from a San Antonio jeweler I love yall and imma buy my first watch from yall !!
If I want to get an Air King polished but not serviced since the watch is under warranty would you have any recommendations for who polishes and if I should even consider polishing it prior to sending it in for its first service? I don’t want to void my warranty or have the watch over polished, inout on this would be helpful.
I have always wanted a Rolex and was on my way to getting one until I got cancer. I lost everything and now I have to spend my last yrs with no kids, wive, job, money, and now I am spending my last yrs living with my parents again. I have a small collection of real signed samurai swords that are 200 to 500 yrs old I am trying to sell so I can buy my watch. I hope when that time comes I can visit Miami to buy it from you guys. God bless, keep kicking ass!!
@Crmjewelers thank you it means a lot. My story is bad and I have lost 6 yrs of my life with my hospital admission. I was in a coma for 2017 and had to learn how to walk for the 3rd time. I have leukemia, crohns, osteonecrosis, kidney failure stg3, heart valve failure, and more. I am 43 and first got sick at 16, and keep getting more sick as i got older. Many surgeries and hundreds to may a thousand hospitals stays.
Blows my mind that some people are whining about the raffle. We are getting free content every single week and buying a ticket is a great way to support CRM, in a tough market at the moment, while also getting a chance to win a life changing prize!
Loving the Grinch's entrance :) . Nice mixed variety of content this week as usual. Saving fingers ofc is a must . I have read some of the comments regarding doing raffles etc, I don't understand the negativity at all, here in the UK raffles are viewed very differently, schools and even churches etc all run raffles lol. Diversifying and keeping your head above water to support all your family is far more important than giving any credence to the content police. Keep up the great video's that so many of us enjoy. Much love from London UK x
The Grinch's heart is perhaps too small to love but there is always a way to warm hearts, including the Grinch's. And CRM Wild Fridays are definitely a good start! As the Grinch learns that he cannot prevent Christmas from arriving, that we find it in our values and in our hearts, all bruised souls will discover in contact with CRM that true happiness is implanted within of our family ties and that these cannot be repressed forever, that they will eventually express themselves despite diabolical efforts to shut them down. And then there are the watches! Ahhhh those watches... Through his grumpy costume, even Charlie cannot prevent his admiration for Audimars Piquet's timepiece! Because this is also one of the strengths of our favorite Miami family - the choice of their in-store inventory. None of their watches leaves you indifferent and arouses passion! And speaking of passion, there's also... Eve, i mean Natalie... and the CRM mermaids! No matter how much we show us plastic beauties wiggling to the sound of intoxicating music (and believe me, around the 14:00 mark, it works...), nothing can still match the sensuality and moving femininity of the strong and sexy women of CRM! Well folks, there you have it: passion, sensuality, intoxicating music, friendship, brotherhood, family spirit, emotion, philanthropy, desire to share knowledge and those watches acting as a metaphor for achieving goals. This is how CRM can be perceived and this is how these qualities are skillfully packaged in their weekly videos, especially this one. And, of course, the malevolent forces and grumpy spirits of this world, symbolized in the green suit of the Grinch, will be active in criticizing and weakening all of this (as since the inclusion of the raffle contest which is only one way for our family to survive while rewarding happy fans). But what does it matter, as long as Carlos keeps this festive spirit encapsulated at the 13:52 mark, we fans never have anything to fear. Let them try to weaken us, their grinch ways will never stop us from wishing everyday was Friday, from wishing everyday was CRM day.
Welcome back brother Mike! You're right about the Grinch and the lesson he learns about the unstoppable joy of Christmas. The power of warmth, family ties, and the joy of community can melt away even the coldest of hearts! For us, it's never about just selling watches or creating content; it's about building a community, sharing knowledge, and celebrating life together. Your enduring support, enthusiasm, and understanding are what keep us going. Rest assured, as long as I'm here, I'll keep that festive spirit alive - not just at the 13:52 mark, but in everything we do. CRM days are special because of fans like you! Stay blessed and have an amazing weekend with the boys and rest of the family!
@@Crmjewelers You know, I firmly believe in psychological influences making us do revealing things often instinctively, without us realizing it. The best example, I think, is in this episode. As you know, I hold you in very high esteem (Dan for President) and I know how much time and effort you put into crafting these episodes. The juxtaposition of Charlie dressed as the Grinch and the sequence aboard Miss CRM is so, so, so metaphorical of the strength of CRM which, more and more, is a positive symbol in this watch community so affected by negativity lately. I don't know to what extent you were aware of this aspect and maybe I'm reading too much into everything. But when we quickly analyze all the striking images of this latest video and place them in the negative context prevailing at the moment among the competition, I can't help but see one of your ways of telling all the grinches out there that nothing will ever weaken the strenght and festive spirit of your incredible family (the image of Carlos who, with his eyes closed and his fists in the air, dances while letting the music intoxicate him is powerrful in this context). We may not change the world but the world will not change us either. I'd like to say it came from me but no, Garth Brooks sang it in ''The Change''. And if Garth Brooks sings it... I definitely don't think you're reading too much into anything. I'm the same way, always finding deeper meaning in apparently meaningless things. In my mind, the psychological influences sometimes are more of divine inspirations. "Did this come from me?" The answer is clearly "no," and I feel humbled at the revelation, but inspired at the same time. Your loyalty is also humbling to me and your kind words, and artistically warm expressions will alway drive me to do better, to aspire to inspire even more. 🙏

Before cutting the ring, I wonder if they tried the thread trick. You just get a spool and evenly wrap your finger (in from of the ring, of course) and as you continue to thinly wrap your finger, the finger will thin out. Most of the time, you can work the ring off over the thread. It's uncomfortable, but the ring will come off without damage.
