Admittedly, a lot of the Transition questions do indeed have a contrasting transition as the answer, but you also need to look out for the trap. A lot of these passages will have multiple contrasting ideas within the text, but that does not mean that our answer choice itself has to be a contrast!

If you think about it, the colon gives it away as well, indicating that what follows simply gives more info about the same idea. (If it were actually a contrast, it would have likely been a semi-colon.)
