How to Transcend the Ego (you'll NEVER be the same)

- The ego, or "false self," is the false sense of who we are (created by the mind) rooted in our attachment to thoughts and external factors. From a young age, society reinforces this notion, prompting us to measure our worth by what we have, do, achieve, or by what others think about us. The ego is simply a learned pattern, a belief that can be unlearned, but it is NOT who we really are.
So, here's the question: Can we let go of the ego's grip, release our attachment to external validations, and discover the radiant truth of our being-our True Self? In my latest video, I specifically explain what the ego is, what the ego is not, how to transcend it, and ultimately how being free from its identifications and attachments is the most transformative experience one can have.
Just as Jesus said, "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free," by knowing and becoming aware of the truths that I share in this video, you will experience freedom from the false self, which will enable you to experience life to the fullest-perhaps for the very first time!

Hello there! I've undergone a period of deconstruction from the belief structure in which I was raised as well. This journey is one of the most liberating things we can experience for ourselves. When we begin to embrace new ideas, perspectives, and concepts, we are filled with an incredible sense of joy and wonder! I didn't truly encounter Jesus until I started exploring teachings beyond Western Christianity. Additionally, reading the works of Christian mystics greatly aided me in acquiring experiential mystical knowledge of God, as opposed to just intellectual dogmatic knowledge. One path cultivates a strong ego, while the other nurtures a liberated spirit.
Another AWESOME, and very understandable, presentation by one of my most looked-to leaders of much appreciated spiritual illumination. I love my spiritual path, and intend to persevere until my purpose in this life is realized (made real in mind and heart): to consistently raise my cxness toward God cxness, thru faith-filled, never-ending prayer and meditation. To me the soul is that part of us that KNOWS its Oneness with its Creator. Thank you Logan. Now I'm going to watch another one of your inspiring videos.
I view the ego as a dreamlike character or a fictional self that never truly existed. Throughout my day, I strive to remain mindful and observe any disruptions to my peace. By practicing nonjudgmental awareness, I have found success! The ego represents the idea of separation, and my current spiritual journey involves awakening to my unity with God. This progress is achieved by consistently shifting into the role of the observer 🙌🏽 we are truly invulnerable ❤

Brendan Manning in one of his books calls the false self the imposter you. He said God doesn't even see that person, the false self

Believe me when you start to show true reality you will not have many grateful comments. Couse true message doesn't give any hope to a person. Only one that it is dead. And any hope to be enlightened or awakened is only to prolong ilusory life of the separated "i" wich was never even exist
You're right! Being a student of A Course in Miracles, I struggle with a deep fear of not being the dream character. It's a realization that no individual truly exists, and it's a misconception to think that this world and body can provide ultimate fulfillment. Real spirituality involves transcending the ego, leading to the dissolution of one's sense of self.
Pls don't play this game of awareness and big I'mness cause this is new trick mind will play mind is a perfect tool to keep feeding itself but not to disappear and die of illusory you enlightened or awakened. ALL of this experiences meditation is just a new but old feeding of the ilusory new you
All there's it has nothing to do with you and all the efforts to find this is utterly futile, cause there is no you.
