Excellent video, great little turnaround and shows with a bit of effort you can turn something that doesn’t run (or drive) into something much more presentable. Looking forward to more content!
Three months on, I hope you’ve found some resources to help you bring this back. I have an ‘84 model of this van and it. Can be difficult to find someone that will work on these. They are known for being expensive to keep on the road. All that said, I love driving mine. I had some very bright folks take it in hand and put an ‘89 Subaru 2.5L Forester engine in, check the rear, transmission, change the worn suspension parts and do an alignment. If you need help you couldn’t do better Than Rocky Mountain Westys in Colorado Springs.
Yes. That's an amazing price for a T25. Since "Splitties" and "Bay Windows" went out of the reach of most people, the T25s have shot up in price in turn. One of the biggest regrets of my life was selling my RHD T25 Syncro a few years back for £7500. Every time I look at eBay now and see them going for £17000 and more, I cry a little, knowing I'll never be albe to have one again.
Worth saving. Very little rust for it's age. The bottom slide of the sliding door and wheel wells & dog legs are the big areas to rust. Someone has been taking care of it.

Thanks Mike yea they are good cars when they aren't rotten haha 🤣 got quite lucky with it I think but that's the risk of buying things from auction

Yes the guy who bought it was very happy with it!! Would have made a decent camper if the interior got sorted 👍
Great video and camper, great saved and price for this is only going up😀
Crap part Bristol, in and out of there all the time. I get paid to pick up other people's mistakes 🤣🤣🤣
Hahah I'm sure you'll be picking up one of mine in the future 🤣🤣
Interesting video, thank you - nicely done.
Thank you 👍
Another great video. Wishing for an old skool hot hatch video.
Thanks Chris, fingers crossed I'll get one next year I was thinking 205 GTi? What would you want to see?
@@cashmachinecars some kind of Vauxhall or ford?
Nice work, well done.
Thank you👍
The R is for Received, the number is how many keys. You are correct about the N = None runner. S = starts. D = drives
Thank you Steven I needed to know this!! 👌
Nice condition Worth saving and make it like new Super project
Definitely 👍
Another great video! Wheres the Vauxhall?
I bet the buyer is very happy with that.
Wow a good exam of these are worth around £8000 in the uk you got a bargain there
Thanks, maybe I sold it too cheap 🤔
@@cashmachinecars cash flow is more important than waiting for a big score , better to shift it quick and reinvest the cash into the next project
What size car trailer did you use? I need to move my T25 and after buying a trailer. Any advice appreciated.
Mine is just a bit too small it's a squeeze to get a t25 on, I would recommend anything over 6ft wide by around 15ft if that helps. Thanks
Please can you let me know how to find a t25 on copart because I tried and it comes up with nothing found ?
I usually just view all vehicles in order of oldest first any find them there as there aren't that many classics on copart. Good luck! 👌
Just wondering...how come you keep calling it a car? they are referred to as buses normally
Nah. It's a van.
Please stop calling it a car.
Yes it's a carriage but that's not the point. It's a camper van!
Negative positive
I'm gonna hazard a guess that Dirty Mike and the boys paid a visit to that t25
Why are COPARTS fees so high. The auction price should be the price!
They are mad!! Honestly they get higher and higher every year!! It's almost not worth it!
