Mine blew yesterday - only just worked out what the problem is (as in which fuse had blown). Annoying you have to replace the whole assembly. What year is yours, looks very similar to mine?
That's what I've done. Made up a connector that goes between the main terminal closest to the engine and the one that connects to the black fuse box. If you look at the module, these two bits are joined purely by the 100A fusible link. If it goes again, it's a simple £2 fix without needing to replace the whole block again. Now the problem I have is that I think the IG1 fuse has blown and that's completely inaccessible
Went through a small puddle and burnt fusible link.(aftermarket spotties my guess.) This video helped me big time had no idea how to get it out.

Mine’s Is a 2008 model, Mk7 HiLux.
@@rhssuk I'm going to bridge the blown fuse with a conventional 100A fuse in case it goes again
