Some voice-lines for Reaper which were removed from the games files. Some were never used and removed, whereas some used to be in the game and were removed later.
So I don't know if someone's already said this, but that last line about the Jello Jiggling has been bugging me forever and I decided to google it. Apparently, it's a reference to an old Sportscaster named _Chick Hearn._ Chick had a habit of using funny expressions for things, called "Chickisms" and Reaper's whole spiel at the end there is code for a game being over because one team is very obviously winning despite the match not being finished. Or, to shorten it, "The game's on ice."

Like he sounds like he's either grimacing or being super sarcastic. The 'cannot bargain with death' would make a fantastic equippable line. Also DAMN the growl on 'Your soul is mine'. Shivers, man. Reaper's character seems are very similar to Darth Vader. I could easily hear Anakin say any nimber of Reaper's voice lines, especially that last one. "I find your lack of Jello Jiggling, disturbing..."

It's funny, you can still hear Commander Reyes in his tone and humor. They just made him edgier I suppose? XD it's a nice to still have some part of Gabe in Reaper, and it's not a complete 180° like Widow/Amelie.
I'm a little late but Moira fucked him up with one of her experiments, and now he has both rapid cell deterioration and rapid cell regeneration. That's why his skin is as pale as it is. He's basically dying, but regenerating his cells at a fast enough rate to where the cell deterioration is basically ineffective.

0:15 is pretty interesting. People used to SWEAR he said this to Mercy, which is why Mercy used to have a reputation of being a slightly morally ambiguous character for experimenting on Reaper. People from the Overwatch team have debunked this, including Michael Chu and said its not actually in the game, but look, theres the line right there.
Actually, the supposed interaction was this; *Mercy:* This is not what I intended for you, Reyes. *Reaper:* You knew exactly what you were doing. That interaction was debunked by Micheal Chu as this was never a legit interaction in the first place. As a guy who's mained Reaper since launch and as a guy who's gone through the games files, I've never heard or seen this interaction which leads me to believe it was never real in the first place. As for this line specifically it is still entirely possible it was said to Mercy, maybe she messed up the procedure to treat Reaper after the Swiss HQ explosion because she didn't know what Moira exactly did to him? It's also possible it could be said to Soldier as Reaper said in the Ana comic "He did this to me, they left me to become this." So it's entirely possible that the line might have been intended for Soldier too.

Ana has “Justice rains from above”, albeit in another language, for example. (Bonus: “Welcome to the black hole” would be a good Sigma line.) Maybe after the explosion on the Swiss HQ Mercy attempted to revive him but since she didn't know what she was dealing with in terms of his 'condition' she dealt with him in the wrong way and caused him to be way worse than he used to be? True. I was guessing 76 because he caused the explosion that "Killed" him due to his code on following the law. But probably Moira due to her causing his deformity from his ressurection.

Maybe after the explosion on the Swiss HQ Mercy attempted to revive him but since she didn't know what she was dealing with in terms of his 'condition' she dealt with him in the wrong way and caused him to be way worse than he used to be? Just my two cents.
