- My Model 3 Frunk won't open because secondary latch was stuck, here was my experience dealing with Tesla Service. Also, the Tesla Model 3 has no manual release for the frunk!

I need to wait 1 month for service appointment in Norway. New model 3 and already failed frunk and something is loose inside at the back between two speakers. In my experience Tesla have very poor accembly quality and parts.

Tesla is converting first gen Model Ss' into ranger service vehicles for smaller stuff, while for bigger repairs they'll buy "Mercedes Sprinter" gliders (new body, without engine/drivetrain) and do electric conversions... engineers are probably working on the plans right now.
What does "take apart the frunk and right portion of the car" mean? (at 2:06 in your video). Bumper, right (passenger side) fender liner, left (driver's side) fender liner? You mentioned take apart the "frunk" but if that's stuck hown can it be taken apart? Super confused.
Also curious what they did to open the frunk because I'm having the same issue right now.
They had to take what apart? Take off the front bumper?
