I must rewatch your previous video then. I didn’t see what was there to rile people up. But I’m sorry that the response has compelled you to revisit these unhappy scenes.
I think your previous video and this one are wonderful! You did not say anything offensive in either of these videos. They are beautiful out pourings from your heart and I am here for it. You can say as much as you want about these topics and you are allowed to question everything that is or is not in the universe. It's wonderful and beautiful. It's how humans be humans. Much love to you and your sweet dog.
Ah, my Billy-Blue, he's such a glorious hound. I love him to bits. It's funny how different people react to videos like these. I am very drawn to the confessional poetic, so I'll keep going with it, but it can be fraught.
Hello, Phillip. Thank you for sharing this with us. You are a wonderfully open and honest person, and I didn’t find anything in that last video offensive. I’m so glad that you have Billy, who is a beautiful dog, just as you are a beautiful person. 🙂
Thank you for the very kind & generous response to my video. I try to be open & honest, searching for those 'I-Thou' relationships, where fellow subjects can meet one another in equality & care. Plus, I am given over to a confessional poetic, it's what I've become known for in my poetry, so I'm kind of stuck with it now.
I'm grateful for Billy Blue because I am grateful for you Phillip and I'm glad that you're still here to share your own story, personality, and creativity.
I won't pretend to understand the hurt your family has gone through. I will simply pray that our God will see you through this with the strength that only He can provide. And I know that He will see you through this. He is faithful.
It's typical for many churches to say that those who are not in their church are condemned and while I do believe in there being places that are more conducive to the truth, I believe that good people everywhere, regardless of faith or creed will be exalted. I also believe that everyone will be saved whether they're "good" or not as well. I find this understanding of God to be much more graceful and merciful than the common understanding. Thankfully He is more graceful than we are. I also understand your point in God perhaps not being all powerful and idk if I would say that overarchingly but I do believe God created the world ex materia rather than the common Christian view of ex nihilo(and most of them have a problem with this because they think this makes God out to be not all powerful). So, you're not alone with your beliefs!
@apoetreadstowrite I have other views that are often considered heretical as well 😅 but I believe what I think is true and try to live accordingly which is all we can do!
@@booksoffthebeatenpath: I am really thinking of you, Meg. It's devastating, but please stay well. This poison will unravel, I don't know when, but we have to believe. Please stay safe & well.
Thank you for sharing your story with such courage and authenticity.
Thank you for such a generous & encouraging response to my video. I really appreciate it, & thanks for stopping by.
Living with bereavement is such a pickle, it's almost brought me undone, but now I'm glad I've lived to share.

Stuff happens.

Thanks, Seanin. I love your encouragement.
A powerful video, Phillip.
Thank you, Mark. You are always so encouraging & kind. I feel very fragile tonight, but Billy will heal me (again).

I love your encouragement, Stuart. Thank you.

Ah, George MacDonald's Universalism, that is a grand vision, wonderful theology.

I too believe in God, though follow no religion. I too read and study the bible (following PARDES). And you are blessed to have Billy-Blue.
Ah, my Billy-Blue. I really am saved by a dog. Billy is everything, & enough.
I really appreciate your kind & positive encouragement. You are so affirmative - thank you!
Haters gonna hate. You have a right to be hurt. As to America - you reap what you sow.
I can't even begin to think about this American election. I despair.
As am I 😢
