Th an is a million!! My scooter had switched to “kids mode” unknowingly and I’m so glad I know now there’s 6 different speed settings. Only after watching you video I am now back in regular speeds reaching 27mph. I was unaware of the toggle between the 2. Very informative and clear I appreciate it very much
Excellent video. You saved me and other people a great amount of time and frustration by having not to go through manual and try to guess what to do next. Thanks.
Mine has a e-09 code ? All the lights work and display lights up but as soon as I pull either brake levers is cuts out ? Any ideas please.. new controller my first call I suppose Tia
I’m 220 pounds and have a slight disability for walking so I purchased this as a mobility device. So I use it with the seat and I find it extremely helpful to get around my neighborhood. I use what you call “the kids mode“ or the European mode which has a maximum setting of 15 mph, which I find just perfect. I can no longer ride a bicycle but when I did it was probably in the neighborhood of 11 to 13 miles an hour on flat ground. The “European setting“ allows me to go 15 and can take me uphills. If I max out and go to a full adult setting, I only get, about 20 miles an hour and only get about a distance of 12 miles. When I tone it down and use throttle discipline and set it at the European setting a 15 miles an hour I can get up to 18 miles on a single charge that takes me to every place in my area that I need to go. Walmart, drugstore, grocery store, restaurants, and even the dentist and doctor. I’m not sure why everyone is so obsessed with going as fast as you can. This is a great transportation device.
Great video. The factory should link to this video because they have absolutely nothing on their website regarding how to operate the scooter. I see you have a manual. Why this is not in PDF form on the website is ridiculous. I got mine used so no manual. I sometimes get a E-2 error code. Is there info in the manual about that? also if you have the "evercross pro" app can it connect to this scooter? ( i am hoping it will and maybe that manual info is in there).
Someone told me Evercross uses my video when they got inquires. But I don't have this scooter anymore so I don't have the manual. As far as I know only the H7 can be connected to the App. But someone said the new H5 could too but I don't know.
@@carbrickscity I just got my Evercross H5 and it's super nice plus easy to setup. I took it for a test run in 3rd gear and my GPS shows it hit 25 MPH even though the scooter throttle guage displayed 26-27MPH, so I think it's a couple digits off. Average cruise on 3rd gear only hit about 21-23MPH. Also, does your front wheel spin very freely when lifted off the ground and spun by hand? I can get it so rotate about 2-3 times versus it being free spin and think there's a bit of resistance on the bearings..?.. Can you please tell me how is your front wheel? Thanks!
Yeah I already mentioned in the videos that the speedo in every scooter is overrated by a little. Top speed depends heavily on your weight, battery percentage, and uphill. You might want to check if the brakes are rubbing the front wheel if it doesn't spin freely.
@@carbrickscity Thanks. Yes I checked and the front brake is not rubbing the rotor. Seems like the hub bearings just need to be broken in? I can get it to spin free for only like a couple of seconds. @Carbrickcity I fully charged my h7 and the battery indicator still has 0 bars , why would it not be displaying? I plugged it in properly as it lit up red and I charged it over night when I woke up the battery charger light was green and when I turned it on the battery indicator still was black with 0 bars.

@@carbrickscityI have a quick tip on an unrelated topic. I see you've mounted a rear view mirror. I have also, and found a way to keep the handlebar folding functionality too. If I could post a picture it would help, but maybe an explanation works well too. This is for the left mirror. The mounting base for my mirror is 2cm so I cut the little rubber rim from the left grip with a knife. So the sequence on the handlebar would be: rubber grip, aluminum grip ring, cut the rubber on its right and then brake, rear view mirror base mounting ring, lights and horn controls. This leaves room for the folding mechanism to work
