I got the same one two weeks ago. Love it! It goes 29 mph depending on your weight so the most I get to is 25 mph since I weight 190 lbs so I’m happy with the speed

I just took delivery of one of these, 10 minutes ago - I’ve now plugged in the charger and I’m waiting for the juice to get in ( very impatiently) so I can try this out. It looks a great machine.

Thanks so much dude I just got mine, same model and the headlight was a head scratcher and I couldn't figure out where the pin went even if I did know what it was supposed to be for. I appreciate you! This company is supposed to be so huge in Europe but you can't find any instructions or web pages at least that are in English anyway! Thanks again.

I'm having trouble with batteries charging, the charger remains green after 6 hours and it charged 2 bars in 30 mins but no more bars charged after 5:30 hours. Any insight on your experience with charging the batteries, how long it takes to charge from no battery life to full?
Also, does your charger stay lit green while charging and then turn RED or is it the opposite?
And...is it safe for battery to plug in the key and power on while its charging just to check how much it charged or will that ruin the battery?
Did you charge the battery for 6 hours before starting bike the first time?
It sounds like there might be an issue with your battery. I have never checked exactly how long it takes to go from dead battery to full charge. I normally plug it in at bed time and it is fully charged by morning usually 5 to 6 hours later its all charged and ready. My first time using the scooter. I charged the batteries until it was 100% full and never put much thought into it until now.
@@thatisreallycoolman when setting up cruise control, what do the numbers mean under P, I see Yellow number 2,4, 9, 16, 99...Then below in white is 00000 or 00001?
@@zenwhitenoise7920 I did not know there was a cruise control option. I am able to just hold the throttle.
@@thatisreallycoolman Turn on bike, then Press and hold the power and Menu button at the same time for a second or so and cruise control menu should appear, you will know when you see the Yellow P on screen

Is this scooter comfortable standing up? Is it possible to have 1 foot in front and 1 behind? I ask this because it seems that you can’t easily remove the metal parts that seat attaches to and I’m not sure if there’s enough space . I don’t want to ride feet side by side but it looks like it will be uncomfortable for back foot if I have to stand on the metal parts.
Yes the scooter is comfortable to ride standing up. The seat can be removed and even with the seat installed there is plenty of room to stand up with your feet side by side or with one foot in front and one near the back. Both would work great. I have a second how to and riding video this weekend.

When I first turned it on , the side leds didn't work then I went to settings and it let me cycle thru all colors before shutting off again. Then they never turned back on....help?

You should be able to tighten any movable parts with the tool kit.

Hi I got the scooter from eBay and the beach is about 7.8/8 miles away from me and I want to know can I go back and forth is the range good please let me know
The range is great. I am sure you can get to the beach and back. I have been able to go over 20 miles distance and the battery did not die.

What's the real world range ?? How many miles have you been able to travel between charging?
I’ve used mine for 6 miles and still has full charge. It looks like it could go the full 25 miles of range on a single charge.
The longest ride I have gone on was 18 miles and the battery still had 2 bar of battery life.

How do you like make the brakes to stop squeaking and also can you change the front light bulb to brighter one and can you remove the seat fully
There is a tool that can tighten / loosen the brakes. Try that it should work, and yes the seat can be removed.

@@iron4010 you actually can loosen the breaks with the medium sized allen key in the toolkit. Its 2 black bolts behind the brakes.i did it and my brakes are good and work with no squeks

They reversed front and back brakes, on a conventional bicycle right hand back breaks ,left hand front brakes.. takes a minute to get used too
I have the Hitway same scooter but I was wondering if there is any possible way to Increase the speed as such?
There is a way to change the power setting to 48V. I will see if I can post a tutorial on how this week or next. I will do my best to hurry.
Changing to 48v will increase the acceleration and top speed.

Took me around 7 to 9 days to receive when I ordered it through Amazon

Crap don’t waste your money. Missing parts, scooter comes broke in pieces, wiring is messed up, no quality control, I brought two of them, first one I sent back the horn mount was cracked, the second one the horn was wired to the on off switch so you could not turn scooter on. I contact Evercross and they offered me a manual for me to wire the scooter. This could have been a great product but you taking a chance in ordering one.
Help me. I got mine 2 days ago, and whenever I turn it on, the horn is blaring and I can't stop it. It really loud and annoying, preventing me from riding it at all.
That is no good. Try messaging the vendor if the horn will not turn off it may be a defective horn or button. Not sure how to fix it if it is not the button or something. You may need to exchange scooters.
I have been looking at this on Amazon. Is it worth it? I'm pretty set on getting something. This seems well rounded for speed and range.

@@reptilianoverlord418 I have taken it out a few times until the battery was beeping, but I did not keep going until it died. I was able to go pretty dang far. I forgot to track exactly how far it was. I am guessing close to 20 miles.

This thing climbed hills with ease. Once I turned the power up. It was alot quicker. I will be working on a new review soon. I will be posting regular come new year.

I received my scooter and I’m wondering when your riding after like 45 minutes the first bar flickers and slowly the miles per hour go down even almost full. BUT I hear you can turn it up how can u do that I saw someone in the comments say that u should adjust the voltage to 48v how do u do that. Please let me now thank you.

This is the same scooter as othr brand names HITWAY and SOUTHERN WOLF H5. People are worried in the UK about spare parts for the HITWAY / SOUTHERN WOLF but do they realise they need to search for other brand names on the same scooter?

As long as you turn the power up to the max there should be no problem going at least 25mph if not faster. This is so much fun when the power is turned up to the max.

The seat is adjustable. Should have no problem putting it low enough for you to ride comfortably.

Can someone help me ? How do you keep the seat stable , it does not stay solid no matter how tight I turn and fold the clip. Moment I start riding the seat collapses all the way down and turns left right . I’m 148 lbs...did anyone have same issue ?
