Hi @CarlosGonzalez-sw6jv, in regards to your question about belts - our comprehensive Adult Striking program incorporates the most effective skills from Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, Kenpo Karate, and submission grappling. We take a modern approach to self-defense by combining techniques from multiple martial arts to prepare our students for a variety of challenging situations. To tie it all together, we use belts in our dojo to show progress of skills and knowledge, as that is how our master instructor learned, as well.
