Biq file is the link above. It includes my revisions to try to balance the scenario. Below is the assets folder. You have to unzip it and move the Word War II Europe+America folder to the same place as the biq file inside the Conquests folder.

Somebody please tell me I'm not the only one that still plays CIV III. I absolutely love CIV VI but nothing is quite the same as 3.
Joshua Crowe this is the only Civ game I play, but bringing it up now I realize I haven't played in months! I'm going to crank it up right now I have so many different mods and scenarios that I've downloaded over the ages I just get lost in this game to be honest hours fly by lol

i can say, i no longer sit and play it for hours anymore.....but every year on my b-day i start a new game.....and every so often i come back to it and try to finish it thru out the year, so i can start a new one come my next b-day :)

Dude, awesome work. This will be my next campaign. I appreciate that you decided to start at 1941 and cared to tune Germany to be aggressive. The A.I. can ruin scenarios like this if it's not pushed into repeating history --I just finished the most disappointing Napoleonic Wars scenario ever playing as Britain; there never was the imperialistic expansion, no major war, only small conflicts.
Civ III might not be the best of the series, but I think it's the most enjoyable, especially for large scenarios like this. I think because it's leaner than newer editions with that good old board vibe. Less distractive from the point of the game.

please help i downloaded the mod but every time the ai captures a town it destroys it too. i dont know what the issue is when you tried this mod there was no problems like this, but know every time it destroys it. it is a big problem when i play with the ussr
Scenario is very EPIC and very GOOD,but there is to much units :O is that balanced ?
For some reason, the game cannot seem to find the "Hitler_T.flc" file, even though it is included with the other files inside the Flic subfile within the Art file. Think you can help?
Nevermind, just unzipped it again. It's working now.
assets folder doesn't work. conquests load the scenario file until 100% and says missing file. any ideas?
Such a cool scenario. Civ3 is the best civ game imo.
Trappoli Same here. Civ 3 is the only civ game I still play. And this scenario is very in-depth, definitely my favorite.

Trappoli Check the link I have in the description to civ fanatics. That's where people make their own scenarios and where you can download them. Some are still active.
Silk Dise Yeah that's were I found this scenario. The only thing I don't like in this scenario (so far) is that the Jerries keep dropping paratroppers deep inside in Russia. Somewhat ahistorical, I know it's only a game, but still:)
Trappoli I've edited this scenario a lot to fix some problems. I go more for more challenging than historical accuracy. Like I delayed some of the Soviet tank factories with tech requirements because it was too easy to stop the Germans. And I disabled tech trading to slow the pace of the game. But I guess that's why I like it so much because it's customizable.

I have an updated .biq file that I worked on to try to make it more even. However, I don't know how or where to upload it so others can download it. Can anyone recommend me a reliable site and any advice so anybody watching can download it? I've never uploaded mods before.

+Larry OK I got dropbox and put the links in the description. I had to compress the assets folder, so you have to unzip it. Can you or anybody reading this let me know if the links and downloads work and if you can view any other files on my dropbox?
+Silk Dise Links work great. I cannot see any other files apart from "World War II European Front 4 .biq" and "World War II Assets.zip". You can see for yourself by logging out of your dropbox account and then clicking on these links.
The good thing is that people don't need a dropbox account to download from these links.

Orion Gamer It's extremely time consuming with Germany and it's very boring with all the bombardment you have to do. The first turn takes over an hour. And the Soviet AI does not do good on defense. Maybe if I played as the Soviets.

Did you download and copy both the biq file and the file folder?
Silk Dise just copied the map. If its not a problem can u guide me step by step since i really like what u did whith the map and im a huge civ 3 abd ww2 fanatic btw 😉
You have to copy two things. One is the map, which is called the biq file. The other is the file for graphics and other things. In the description I should have links to both of them. The file will be zipped because it is so big, so you have to unzip it which isn't hard (just google it). Put both of those things in the Civ 3 folder that has the other scenarios and then it should work.

Anyone know how to load this scenario into Civ 3 after downloading?
I downloaded this a while back and had to reset the scenario to get it to work. Lots of units and it is very fun to play. America is really far from the action and ths oviets are losing cities constantly for a good while, once they get their act together though they are a beast in the war!
I can't get the .biq to work. Is there any other way to get the map?
Orion Gamer Not that I know of. Does it give an error message like it's missing files for a unit? And which version of Civ 3 are you running? I'm using 1.22 with the No Raze Patch.

Orion Gamer Sorry I don't know what to say other than make sure you're running conquests (biq files don't work on Civ3 vanilla or PTW) and try the game with different patches (no patch, 1.22, 1.29). It took me hours and hours of reading civfanatics forums to get this to work when I got it and a lot of trial and error. I had to uninstall and reinstall the game several times.

+Orion Gamer have you tried transferring the .biq file to the conquest editor? if not, do that then transfer the editor file to the game by dragging the file over the game icon on the task bar then..walla. at least that's how I did it.
I would love to boot up civ 3 to try this gold of a mod.
Though I think my poor brick computer will crash.
One thing bad about this game is i once made a random map and forced all good items around me just to see the mighty tanks vs low tech, but when i got tanks and opp. got spear men, my tanks died on row when i attack them the only stop to them was my infantry in defend but i still lost a town, not even the battleship was able to take them out.
Wow, this mod is off to a great start. Hitler is called chancellor, meanwhile Stalin is called dictator instead of chairman. Maybe the mod in gameplay is great but not even a minute in and I already fucking hate it.
